Crown Chakra Guided Meditation

This is a guided meditation which will help you to connect with your crown chakra. You will be taken to a magical treehouse in the higher dimensions to connect with your spirit guides, ancestors and angels. This meditation is infused with Reiki energy and healing solfeggio frequencies to help you connect deeply with your subconscious and higher self.

Transcript

Hello everyone.

Thank you for joining us here today.

I'm going to ask that you find a comfortable seat.

Sit down with your spine straight and your buttocks stable and grounded.

Please place your left hand face up and your right hand face down on your lap.

Now I want you to take a deep breath.

Feel this breath enter through your lips and travel down your throat to the very center of your being.

You can imagine this as your solar plexus,

Your heart or somewhere in between.

Breathe in as much air as possible to the center and before exhaling pause and hold all the air in.

Now I want you to exhale and exhale completely,

Releasing all the air from your body until it is completely empty.

I would like you to repeat this process and this time imagine that the energy center is expanding even larger with your breath.

Once again when you are filled completely with air,

Hold this breath briefly before exhaling and allow your breath to completely leave your body.

Taking another deep breath now,

Imagine that this energy center is not only expanding but is glowing with a fierce gold color.

Once again pause.

Imagine that with each breath not only is the energy at the center of your being expanding but the gold color is glowing stronger and stronger.

Good.

Breathe.

Feel this glowing gold color expand and begin to fill up your body,

Filling your toes,

Feet,

Legs.

Feeling this gold color enveloping your fingertips,

Arms,

Chest and back.

As the gold energy continues to fill your body from your center,

It fills your neck and head.

Feel your facial muscles relax.

Feel your eyes,

Nose,

Mouth,

Forehead,

Cheeks.

Feel your shoulders soften.

Now your body is glowing and completely filled with this beautiful vibrant gold energy.

With every breath you can feel the energy inside you and around you growing stronger.

With every breath you can feel your body easing and relaxing more and more.

You are melting into your seat while your energy body is expanding more and more.

The physical world feels unimportant now.

The stress of the day is far away.

Here and now you are present.

You are confident.

You are relaxed.

You are at ease.

You now notice that your physical surroundings have changed.

You are no longer in the place where you began this meditation.

You are now in a treehouse.

You are sitting on the floor in the treehouse.

In front of you is a pile of cards that are face down.

It is as though you are playing a card game with friends.

However,

Currently you are the only one in the room.

While you wait for your friends to arrive,

Take a look around the treehouse.

What does it look like to you?

Are there mementos,

Pictures or furniture that look familiar?

How big is your treehouse?

How does the wood feel beneath your seat?

How does the air feel?

How does it smell?

You know that this is no ordinary treehouse and you know that you are here today for a special reason.

Continuing to breathe and patiently wait,

You begin to feel a presence in the treehouse with you.

As a human,

Part of you is connected to the physical material world and part of you is connected to the spirit realm.

Right now,

Your physical body is at home where you left it and you are here,

Connected with spirit,

Which means you are connected to all spirit,

Even the spirit that does not exist in the physical realm anymore.

You are way up in the third heaven in your treehouse now.

Knowing this,

You can now feel the loved ones in your life who do not exist on the physical realm anymore but still exist in the spirit world.

Feel them entering the room with you.

Maybe you feel a grandparent or maybe a friend.

If you have ever lost a loved one on earth,

They are here with you now and they are ready to play with you in your treehouse.

Take some time now to hug your loved ones.

Invite them to sit down with you.

Feel their love.

Ask them how have they been.

They are so happy to be with you here and now.

Your loved one has a message for you and it is on the top card that is laying face down in your pile.

On the count of three,

We will flip over the card and the message from your loved one will be revealed to you.

One,

Two,

Three.

Turn over the card.

What is presenting itself to you now?

You know what this message,

Symbol or picture is and it is the perfect message to be revealed to you at this time.

Thank your loved one for the message.

You are filled with love.

You feel so whole.

Yet you know that you are still waiting for some more friends to join you in the treehouse.

Continuing to breathe,

You can feel a new energy starting to enter the treehouse.

This energy feels ancient.

It feels older in the tree itself.

Watch as new spirits begin to join you in your circle on the floor of the treehouse.

These spirits are your ancestors from the third heaven.

You may not have known them this life,

But they know you.

Because they are so ancient,

You might not recognize their clothing.

What do your ancestors look like?

Are they warriors,

Witches,

Kings,

Common folk,

Hunters,

Gatherers?

They are part of you.

Their spirits still exist today and they still get to experience the human world through you.

As your ancestors take their seats in the circle,

They too have a message for you.

This message is going to help give you some insight on a problem you've been having in your life.

Your ancestors have already experienced many lifetimes and they know what the best way is to solve the problems in your life.

Every human is different.

Every human has a different set of ancestors and therefore they will have a different way of doing things.

So although your message might not make sense to others,

It will make perfect sense to you.

You will turn this new card over in three,

Two,

What message is revealed to you?

Take some time now to look this card over and thank your ancestors for the message they have given you.

Your treehouse is feeling fuller now.

You are feeling so supported and loved,

But you can feel that you are still waiting for more friends to arrive.

Along with your loved ones and ancestors,

There are many other spirits,

Ascended masters,

Brothers and sisters of the light,

Angels,

Archangels,

And spirit waiting to help guide and point you in the right direction.

Any time you take a wrong turn,

You bump into the right person at the right time,

Or you just have the feeling to hop in your car and go to the store.

This can be your spirit guides helping to guide you along the path of least resistance.

Many people also decipher pictures,

Tarot cards,

And numbers to be messages from these guides.

You hear a knock at the door and you know that your guides are on the other side.

Open the door.

Who is waiting for you?

What do they look like?

Invite them in to join you in your circle of ancestors and friends.

Now they would like to reveal a message to you.

On the other side of the card you are about to flip is an animal.

This is the animal your spirit guide has chosen that will give you the most impactful message.

Once again,

On the count of three,

We are going to reveal the animal photo.

One,

Two,

Three.

Flip the card.

What animal is revealed to you?

Are there any other symbols or messages accompanying this picture?

Take a few moments to feel the energy of this card.

Is this animal strong,

Smart,

Resourceful?

Maybe this image makes no sense to you,

But do not try to change the animal or the symbols that have been revealed to you.

They have been shown to you for a reason and the reason will become clear in time.

You are surrounded by your team of spirits.

All the energy and people that are in the treehouse with you now are with you always,

Even when you can't feel them.

Sometimes in life,

We venture off our path.

We lose sight of our goals,

Dreams,

And ambitions.

We lose sense of who we really are.

The path can become foggy and the future can seem bleak.

Sometimes no matter how hard we try,

It can feel like we are getting nowhere and that we are lost.

Although our spirit team is with us,

We may have become so down on ourselves that we cannot feel their energy,

See their messages,

Or hear their encouraging words to help pick us back up.

Sometimes we need a really strong message to get us back on our feet.

This is when your team of angels,

Guides,

Loved ones,

And ancestors step in.

How often is it that when something that seems really bad happens,

It turns out that it ends up being the best thing that ever happened to us?

How often do we look back only to realize that the things we thought were bad at the time were actually just there to point us in the right direction?

It can be really hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel or feel the positive result when you are in the middle of a negative situation.

It can be hard to trust that things are going to work out when you are presented with a new obstacle.

From this vantage point way up here in your treehouse with your whole team of spirit guides,

You are able to see the bigger picture.

You are able to see clearly that everything that has happened so far in your life has brought you to the place you are now.

Every mistake you made taught you a valuable lesson and helped you grow.

Sometimes we must repeat the same mistakes more than once until the lesson is learned and shown to us.

Imagine now that we have fast forwarded to the end of your life here on earth.

You lived your whole life and you are now an elderly human.

Place yourself in those shoes.

Looking back on your life from the same perspective,

Remembering back to that point in time you did a meditation and you met your ancestors and spirit guides.

Realizing that every step you took until that point was absolutely perfect and every step you took after that point was absolutely perfect.

You cannot make a mistake.

You cannot do anything wrong.

You are perfect.

You thank your friends for coming to join you in the treehouse today and for the messages they gave you.

Bringing these messages back,

You can feel your physical body starting to call you.

You know now that this team of spirits is with you.

This team of spirits is always present in your energy body.

They are always helping to steer you in the right direction and they are always supporting and loving you.

You are never truly alone and you are always on the right path.

Looking out the window now,

You can see that this is no ordinary tree and that you are high above the clouds in your treehouse.

Climb out the window and begin to climb down the tree,

Climbing through the clouds,

Down the tree,

Feeling peaceful and at ease,

All the way down until you are firmly planted back on the ground.

Feel your feet and the seat beneath you.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a few deep breaths as you feel yourself becoming firmly planted back in your physical body,

Filled with this new,

Invigorating energy and ready to take on the day in ways you have never felt like taking on the day before.

You are fully whole and complete in the here and now.

Your vibration is rising and as it rises,
