Take a moment to slow yourself down and check in with your Godbody. A sweet and progressive mindful body scan invites you to be present and at ease within yourself without judgment or expectation. We invite relaxation to each part of the body, in a few intentional minutes covering our breath, limbs, bellies, and more. Your body is beautiful, create lasting moments for it.

Glorious rise and beautiful people,

It's Augustina here.

As we share this space,

We give thanks to our breath and to our body for welcoming us into this present moment.

I would like to invite you to join me and to find a comfortable place to sit,

Creating space just for you.

Allow yourself to sit upright,

Relaxing your chin a little bit towards your chest and allow your shoulders to melt away from your ears.

We take a deep breath in through our nose and exhale.

Another deep breath in through the nose and exhale.

Last one,

Deep cleansing inhale and then refreshing exhale.

Allowing all that stress,

Any heaviness,

Any excess to simply float away.

Feel free to close your eyes if you haven't already or if you feel more comfortable,

You are free to leave them open with a soft gaze.

In this moment,

I welcome you to observe the natural pace and rhythm of your breath.

Noticing the fluctuations of your inhales and exhales.

Noticing the parts of your body that move seamlessly with your breath,

That dance with your breath.

Just allow this natural rhythm to move through you.

Let's go a little deeper by bringing awareness into your body.

Every place in it on your head,

Observing the sensations there.

How does it feel?

What can you feel?

Notice the sensations at the back of your head,

Into your ears,

To your forehead,

Down into your nose,

Into your lips and across your face.

Bring your attention to your whole face.

Observing any sensations.

Do they feel positive?

Is it negative?

Or is it neutral?

Just observe the space with a gentle awareness.

Then moving down to your neck,

The front and the back of your neck,

To your shoulders.

Moving down your arms to your elbows and even further into your hands.

Feeling the sensation in each part of your body and exploring these sensations without judgement or any expectation.

Then beginning with the torso,

So bringing the awareness to your upper back and chest area.

Moving down both sides from your lower back to your lower belly.

Starting to observe your seat,

Your hips,

Your pelvis,

Down into your thighs.

Observing all the space in your knees and your calves.

Only noticing the sensations in your ankles,

Your heels,

The soles of your feet,

Into your toes.

Just take a moment to observe your body.

Notice any changes.

To be present in the body is to be mindful.

Take this new found energy and let it create a glow all around you.

Making you bright,

Beautiful and light.

Returning to the simplicity of just being.

I invite you to give yourself a nice stretch and to open your eyes with a smile on your face when you feel called to do so.
