Hello Insight Community,

It's Augustina here.

I hope you are doing well today.

Find a moment of peace and stillness as you move through your meditation.

I wanted to share a love note to self and I don't know who needs to hear this but I pray these words settle into your hearts and lead the way for a more compassionate and gentle nudge to healing.

Before we begin sharing this space and time together,

I would love to invite you to find a comfortable place to sit or if you would prefer,

You can have me in your ears as you carry on with your day.

Whatever feels natural to you in this moment,

Lean in and explore with an open heart and mind.

Let's take a deep breath in together before we begin.

Inhale for three.

And exhale for three.

I would now like to invite you to find a comfortable pace of breath that feels natural to you.

And whether you are lying still with your eyes closed or walking around mindfully,

I want you to remember that you are your own home.

Your spirit dwells within a God body and you are worthy and deserving of love even through your greatest hardships.

Dear self,

I know you're trying.

You've never really given up.

Your life has been filled with both foreseen and unforeseen challenges of which you triumphed through.

And even though these events may have been previously defined as the times you were hurting,

Remember you are so much more than your pain.

You are so much more than your heartache.

It may at times feel hard to heal from the things that brought you down or threatened your happiness.

But remind yourself that you have all the tools you need to piece yourself back together again.

When you're ready,

Just trust yourself.

You are whole even during the times when you feel the peace of you is missing.

You are a complete work of art,

A divine masterpiece.

I pray you allow your heart to open and to be filled with love again.

Whatever you did or didn't do,

Knew or didn't know,

Was or wasn't,

May you make yourself a temple of sacred belonging and acceptance.

You are a powerful source who has braced and walked through many storms.

You've been pushed off your feet and buried your head in the earth more times than you can count.

But you are still here,

Now,

Growing through it,

Rising in it.

Show yourself some compassion when you fall and give yourself permission to unfold your wings and learn how to fly again.

I love you.

Remember we will always have rainy seasons in life,

No matter what.

It's how we navigate through these seasons that teach us about healing,

About love and about joy.

You don't always have to have the answer to your pain.

Give yourself space for emotional rest.

Sometimes you just need to acknowledge it,

Be aware of it,

Feel it and allow yourself to move through it.

I would like to thank you all for sharing this space with me.

Peace and love.
