Allow your Inner Child to bring you inspired awareness to your awakened self. Becoming available for healing requires the self to build a trusted relationship with their inner child, allowing them to bring authenticity to the process. This track speaks to that little one with compassion and love.

Hello and welcome,

Beautiful soul.

I'm so glad you're here.

This moment is for you,

A time to come home to yourself gently,

Lovingly and without pressure.

So let's begin by settling into stillness.

Find a position that feels restful and safe,

Whether it's lying down or sitting up,

And just close your eyes if you feel comfortable,

And take a long,

Soft breath in through your nose,

And slowly release out your mouth or your nose,

Whichever feels most comfortable.

Bringing your attention to your breath,

Allowing it to follow its natural rhythm.

It doesn't need to be or do anything to any degree.

Just allow it to welcome peace into your body.

And exhaling any tension,

Worry and noise.

And then let your next breath be a signal to your whole system that it's safe to soften,

It's safe to receive,

And it is supported.

And take a few moments to feel your body being held by the furniture or the object that's beneath you.

Just really feeling the width and the length of your body.

And now imagine your body gets 10 pounds heavier sinking into that space.

And now imagine it 20 pounds heavier.

And really feel the earth beneath you,

Steady,

Strong,

Loving.

And imagine soft roots growing from the base of your spine down into the earth,

Anchoring you.

You are supported,

You belong here.

Now imagine a warm golden light gently wrapping around your shoulders,

Your heart,

And your whole being.

This is safety,

This is love,

This is home.

You don't have to do anything to earn it.

It's simply yours by nature.

So let yourself be held for a few moments.

And in your mind's eye and your imagination,

See your younger self approaching you.

And allow that little one to really be seen.

Just note what age it feels like they are.

Is your little self 4 or 5 or 7 or 8?

There is no right or wrong answer to this.

Maybe they're smiling,

Maybe they're shy.

However they come,

Just greet them with deep love and compassion.

And kneel down to their level and look into their eyes.

And allow your little self to release something to you that they've wanted you to know.

Take a few moments to just allow them to reveal that to you.

And then tell that little one thank you.

And let them know that you're here now,

That you see them,

That you love them,

And they've done such a good job protecting you.

Now let your little one feel your warmth and your presence.

Maybe they want a hug or to hold your hand.

And let them know that they're not alone anymore,

That you're walking this journey together.

You as the adult and them as your little one.

And that whatever may have been heavy,

An old story,

A burden,

Or a belief that no longer fits,

Gently invite them to hand it to you.

And as you hold this energy,

Say thank you for carrying this for so long.

I release it now with love.

And watch it dissolve into light,

Soft,

Sparkling,

And weightless.

And notice how much space this release creates within you,

A sense of ease,

Of readiness,

Or possibilities.

Really visualize yourself in this weightless space,

Breathing into this new spaciousness.

And feel a lightness blooming into your chest,

Like sunlight breaking through the clouds.

And this is the beginning of something new,

A remembering.

You are never broken.

You've always had wisdom inside you,

Quiet,

Steady,

Waiting for your attention.

And whisper to yourself,

I am so open to clarity.

And I trust what is unfolding because I walk with inspired awareness.

And notice what inspiration feels like in your body.

Let it grow,

A spark,

A glow,

A quiet knowing.

Knowing that you are guided,

You are ready,

And you are more than enough.

So take a few moments now to rest in this feeling,

Breathing it in and soaking it up in all of your cells.

And with each breath in your natural rhythm,

Remembering that you are not behind,

You are not too late.

You are becoming just as you are meant to,

With grace and courage and care.

Your little one is no longer stuck.

They are dancing and playing right beside you,

Free,

Loved,

And full of light.

And you are so worthy of everything beautiful unfolding ahead.
