This meditation flows at 50 bpm and reminds and reinforces the truth that your intuition is there to serve from a loving place and only desires our greatest good.

Hello friend,

Congratulations on taking some moments today just for yourself and giving yourself permission to come back to the body,

Understand and to heal.

It's very good yourself.

It is a very loving gesture.

Tune in,

Take this moment,

Just bring your awareness to your breath to keep its natural rhythm,

Expectations.

There is no just the natural and just let yourself close your eyes and take those breaths.

Notice a wave of relaxation.

You're breathing in relaxation,

Each exhale or stress,

Just letting go now.

Meditation is self-meditation.

You are controlling this experience,

Noticing that the sound of my voice,

The sound of the music,

Take you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Any other sounds that you may hear are just the sounds of everyday living and they also help to take you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

With each breath you draw in,

With each exhale,

You feel so much more relaxed.

In this relaxed state,

I want you to allow yourself to focus on opening up your heart to gratitude and to love.

I want you to think about someone or a pet or a place.

I just want your mind to recall that which you are so grateful for.

You may want to put your hand on your heart or on your chest or stomach.

As you continue your natural breathing in,

On your inhale,

I want you to think of that person,

Pet,

Place.

On your exhale,

I want you to really feel the feeling of gratitude,

Of thankfulness,

Of joy.

Inhaling,

Thinking of that which you are grateful for.

On the exhale,

Feeling the feeling of gratitude.

I just want to allow you to take a few moments sitting in that space.

It feels so good to take space in our day to remember gratitude and to connect back to the feeling of that.

In a moment,

We're going to continue relaxing more deeply and completely.

I'm going to begin counting backwards from 10 to 1.

And the moment I say the number 10,

You will,

In your mind's eye,

See yourself sitting on an incredibly soft beach blanket at the beach on the most perfect day.

The sun's warmth covers your body and calms you.

You are alone on the beach,

Safe and comfortable.

As you sit on the beach,

The tranquilizing sounds of the gently crashing waves relaxes you.

As each wave crashes against the shore,

You relax more completely,

Starting with the number 9 and with each additional number.

As we begin counting the waves as they gently break against the shore,

As each wave gently crashes against the shore,

You relax more.

And the moment I say the number 1,

You will simply sink into that soft beach blanket and rest comfortably.

Next,

As you sit at the beach,

With the wind gently blowing,

The sun's warmth is soothing,

The waves slowly crashing against the shore,

Relaxing and letting go.

In a comfortable,

Calm,

Peaceful position on the beach blanket,

As each wave gently crashes against the shore,

As each wave gently crashes against the shore,

As each wave gently crashes against the shore,

As each wave gently crashes against the shore,

Number 1,

Simply sinking into that soft beach blanket,

Becoming more calm,

Peaceful.

Next,

Sinking into that soft beach blanket,

Let every muscle go limp and loose.

And as you sink into a more calm,

Peaceful state of relaxation,

That's right,

As you come into this deeply relaxing place,

I wonder if you have ever had the experience of just knowing something,

But not knowing how you knew it.

Just having a sense of something,

But not understanding where that sense came from.

Just knowing in your body something to be true.

And to know that your body understands how this happens.

And have you ever looked back and thought to yourself that you sensed a situation developing and you trusted that you could learn from these types of experiences.

And that instinctive part within you now began to draw up on all of these resources where you have experienced a heightened state of intuition.

And you can begin to integrate this into who you are instinctive level.

And there are times when you may not think you can be so intuitive.

And then times when you know and you sense that you can.

Crank up your intuitive abilities and use it to their full potential to become instinctively intuitive.

You can begin to develop the ability to notice patterns and to notice details.

And you don't have to consciously know in your mind.

You notice these things in your body and it happens unconsciously and instinctively by itself.

And to know that you can trust this process.

You can take the next few moments to create that instinctive intuition and bring it into your body where it can take root.

And you can learn from the past feelings of knowing and trusting.

Where intuition has come naturally and in moments you just knew things to be true.

And you can be curious how much your intuition will increase now that you are giving it permission to become noticeable and into your conscious awareness.

And you can wonder whether anyone else will notice.

And if they do,

I wonder what they will notice.

Amazing things will come about.

That's right.

As we are allowing ourself and giving permission to integrate all these new beliefs that are for our greatest good,

We intuitively know that we are here for our greatest good.

That we are valuable and worthy of the great things our heart desires.

And we can trust as we gradually drift off to sleep,

We can take all the time needed to ensure all the work and the new belief patterns completed fully and honestly.

And we only need to drift out of our state of programming and into a comfortable deep sleep at the rate and speed that our true self needs.

And as these new patterns update,

We can drift off into a relaxing sleep.

When we drift into a dream,

All necessary changes will have happened on that instinctive level.

And you can awaken at the appropriate time,

Feeling refreshed and revitalized,

Knowing all is well.
