This was a potent practice! I’m not sure why, but I started to sob… I didn’t expect that… It could’ve been because I saw, so many people I loved and trusted,
suddenly leave my life in various ways in the past year and so each face, that came to me during this, was a reminder of the bittersweet/sad or unexpected goodbye…
Or, maybe because, the vivid memory, of holding my 10 year old son, for the very first time as a new born, was simply, so, otherworldly and divine… The love in all its forms and where it goes to, IS emotional I guess?
I would love to know of anyone else had this happen to them during the process? Whatever the case, something obviously needed to shift and I feel beyond blessed and lucky to have come across this powerful meditation.
