Soul Purpose Activation & Energetic Alignment Process

This is the only daily process you need to be doing to align your energy, be a clear channel and manifest your desires.
As a channeller and meditator for many years, I have put all my favourite techniques into 1 process I do, daily.

This is a MASTER process, meaning if you only do this 1 process every single day you will:
- Clear your energy, disconnect any old cords, attachments and energy thats not yours
- Ground your energy and connect to higher 5D earth grids
- Activate your heart chakra & high heart
- Raise your vibration and align yourself to new higher frequency

- Manifest the future you are calling in
- Code yourself to align with higher timelines
- Connect with your spirit team and receive support and upgrades

And gently now closing your eyes,

Taking a deep breath in,

Just allowing yourself to relax into your body,

Bringing your full awareness into your body,

Knowing you are safe now.

Feeling how safe you are in your body.

Feeling that centeredness and relaxation in your body now.

Breathing in deeply through your nose,

And as you breathe out,

Allow all the air to leave your lungs,

Emptying out anything stagnant.

Our breath is powerful,

So now setting the intention with your breath that as you breathe in,

You are breathing in higher vibrational light energy and breathing out anything lower vibrational that is not serving you.

Now I want you to become aware of a red cord moving out of the base of your spine.

Now I want you to see as this red cord begins to move down past the surface of the earth,

Moving down past your soul star chakra,

Seeing this red cord move down the layers of the earth,

Going down,

Down,

All the way,

Down,

Down,

Down,

You see this cord moving quickly now down through all the layers of the earth as it approaches a bright crystalline structure.

And feeling now as this red cord plugs you into the fifth dimensional crystalline core of Mother Earth,

Seeing and feeling yourself anchoring into this golden energy.

And as you plug into it,

Seeing yourself begin to absorb this energy through the red cord,

The 5D earth energies that Mother Gaia asks you to anchor so that you can support her shift into higher frequencies.

Seeing yourself also absorb the codes of old 5D earth civilizations,

Atlantis,

Lemuria and their codes of 5D earth and the 5D earth body beginning to move up this red cord.

And seeing this energy move all the way back up,

Moving up all the layers of the earth,

Moving up past your earth star chakra,

Where this energy expands but keeps moving up past the surface of the earth and moving up now into your base chakra,

Moving up your spine,

Seeing this golden energy fill up your entire spine,

Seeing it moving through each vertebrae,

Filling up your entire spine.

And as it codes your spinal cord,

Allowing it to expand out of the spine,

Beginning to fill up your nervous system,

Your muscles,

This beautiful golden energy,

Seeing it move down your legs,

Into your feet,

Up into your head,

Filling up and coding,

Coding the water molecular structure in your body,

Coding every single cell in your body,

Every energetic subatomic particle in your body is being coded with this 5D energy.

Really seeing and setting that intention to receive this energetic and physical upgrade in your body to the 5th dimension.

Seeing this golden energy move up past your crown chakra,

Through the top of your head,

You came from here and one day you will return to here too.

This energy lives within you.

And we also request for the miracle consciousness energy and seeing this pearlescent energy now move down from source,

Moving all the way down through the dimensions,

See it moving down,

Down past your soul star chakra,

Coming down as a beautiful stream of energy like a river flowing with pearlescent light,

Seeing it move down through your crown chakra and moving into the top of your head and beginning to fill up your body.

See it moving down into every single cell in your body,

Filling up every organ,

Every part of your physical body.

See it entering now your entire etheric body,

Your water molecular structure,

Every subatomic particle,

Every single cell in your body,

Filling up with this pearlescent light,

Asking the cells in your body to hold even more light,

Feeling how you're practically bursting with this beautiful pearlescent energy.

You are so full of light.

And seeing as this light overflows from you and expands out into your energy field,

This beautiful energy clears away any cords,

Any energy that doesn't belong to you,

Just transmutes it gently,
