Welcome to this guided violet flame meditation.
In this meditation we will invoke the transformative power of the violet flame to cleanse,
Heal,
And transmute any negative energies,
Thoughts,
Patterns,
Beliefs,
Emotions,
Chords that might be holding you back on your spiritual journey.
As you immerse yourself in the energy of the violet flame,
Allow yourself to experience its purifying and healing properties.
Now you can just begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without any distractions.
Allow yourself to fully relax,
Closing your eyes and starting by taking in a deep breath,
Setting the intention that as you breathe in through your nose,
You're breathing in high vibrational energies and as you breathe out,
You're releasing all that is no longer serving you.
With each breath allowing your body to relax even more,
Relaxing any tension or tightness.
As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,
Bring your awareness to your body,
Scan your body from head to toe and just notice if there's any tension anywhere and just release it,
Consciously releasing any stress in your muscles.
Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
As we now call upon Saint Germain and invoke the violet flame,
I'd like you to visualize a violet colored fire beginning to dance in your heart,
In the center of your chest,
Seeing this beautiful violet colored flame radiating in your heart.
And as we call upon the violet flame now,
I'd like you to see this violet flame growing,
Growing as big as your chest,
Growing bigger than your head,
Growing so it's bigger than your whole body.
This beautiful violet colored flame is surrounding and engulfing your entire body and just feeling as this brilliant flame is warm,
Radiant and transmutative.
As you bask in the energy of the violet flame,
Set your intention for this process.
You may wish to focus on transforming and healing a specific aspect of your life,
Releasing a negative pattern or belief,
Or simply opening yourself to the transformative power of the violet flame.
As we visualize this violet fire burning through your whole body,
Your whole aura,
Burning around your entire being,

See it expanding across this whole country and see it surrounding Mother Earth entirely,
A beautiful violet flame.
As you come back to your body and your heart,
Notice as a violet shield of light is placed around your energy field to protect you and transmute any energies that are sent your way that are not for your highest good.
As we prepare to bring this meditation to a close,
