And just starting by closing your eyes now,

Taking a deep breath into your body,

Just beginning to notice as energy like roots comes from the bottom of your feet and begins to flow down into Mother Earth,

Down past a surface,

Seeing these roots flowing down and intuitively knowing that they're anchoring you into fifth dimensional Earth,

Allowing yourself to begin to breathe in the frequency and the vibration of this 5D Earth and seeing as these roots begin to absorb this 5D energy,

Moving up these roots up into your body,

Up into your body,

Up your legs,

Up each one of your chakras,

Down your arms,

Into your hands,

And up into your head,

Allowing this 5D energy to saturate every single cell of your body and bringing your attention now to your heart chakra and seeing yourself trace an infinity sign over the top of your heart chakra seven times,

Allowing your heart chakra to gently activate and open,

Connected in to the fifth dimensional Earth.

As a cross diamond space,

We call upon your own council of light,

Your spiritual team,

Your guides,

Your angels,

Your higher self,

Your ancestors,

All the guides who are working with you,

Who are serving the light only.

We ask for you now to be here with us and just feeling your team coming in as we set this intention for you.

Alignment from the universe source.

I ask you now for your help with becoming the highest,

Most aligned version of myself,

My higher self embodied here on Earth.
