Fanning and I will be leading your meditation.
To begin,
Find a seat or lay down.
Get comfortable.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Relax your body by imagining a wave of relaxation washing over you.
Starting at your feet,
Relax your muscles as the wave moves further up your body.
Your legs are relaxed,
Hips,
Arms,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Jaw,
Forehead,
And neck.
Let's take a journey now inside yourself.
Imagine a hallway.
This hallway is old,
Ancient,
And inviting.
As you begin to make your way down the hallway,
See a door at the end.
Make your way to the door.
When you are ready,
Open the door.
You are now inside your inner library.
Take a look around,
Noticing the colors,
Smells,
And size.
Look for the book that holds what you are seeking.
When you find it,
Examine it on the outside.
Smell its pages.
