Welcome to this guided meditation on visiting your Akashic Record. My name is Joy and I will be guiding you in today's meditation. To begin, Take a seat or lay down. Get comfortable. And then close your eyes. To calm our body and mind. Take a deep breath in. Hold for three seconds at the top. And then exhale out in a large sigh Continue these deep breaths for one minute. Let your breathing return to normal now. Place awareness on your heart space. You can even place a hand there if you want. Let whatever image come. As you focus on your heart space. A scroll emerges from your heart space. It is your Akashic Record. What you will see How much of this record? Hold no intention. Accept that you are being shown what is needed and meant for you in this moment. When you are ready. Take the scroll from your heart and open it with reference. Let it move you and take you on a journey. Give gratitude for all that has happened here. Put the scroll safely back into your heart space, Knowing it is always within you.
