In this meditation,
You will meet with every part of yourself and connect with yourself on all levels.
My name is Joy D.
Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around and get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take some deep breaths in,
Filling your chest with air.
Hold for 3 seconds at the top,
Then exhale the air out of your mouth in a big sigh.
Be part of that long,
Beautiful deep block of total warm and Set the intention now that you will meet with all parts of yourself,
With the understanding that you may meet parts of yourself you did not know before or have rejected on some level.
Hold space for all parts of yourself and enter this meditation with no judgment.
You are in a dark room,
Though it isn't scary.
You can see a large round table before you,
With others sitting at it.
As you sit down at the round table,
Take a close look at everyone else around you.
They are all versions of you from every age,
Past and future.
Past the table from you is the eldest version of you,
Look into their eyes.
Ask anything you wish here,
Knowing that only the truth may be spoken.
Hold no expectation as to what the answers will be,
Just simply allow the conversation to flow.
