Welcome to this guided meditation on programming your reality.

My name is Joy D and I will be guiding you in today's meditation.

To begin,

Take a seat or lie down,

Get comfortable and close your eyes.

To calm our body and mind,

Let's take a deep breath in,

Hold for three seconds at the top,

Then exhale out in a large sigh.

Continue these deep breaths for one minute.

Let your breathing return to normal now,

Starting at your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Feel into it and move your energy all the way up to your crown chakra.

Feel into it and then back down to your root,

Going up and down your spine.

Keep moving this energy up and down for the next minute.

It's time to co-create with the universe.

You are charged and ready.

Send your intention out into the universe,

Magnetizing this intention to you.

Be specific and detailed.

Now think of something you see every day,

An ocean wave,

A spider on the wall,

A person on their phone,

Whatever comes to mind.

Set the intention now that every time you see or hear this thing,

It is the universe reflecting your intention back to you.

Release all expectations of how this will look when it shows up.

Set only the expectation that it will show up and it is already here.

What it looks like,

How it will come to be,

This is not for you to worry about.

See any cords of attachment to the outcome and gently,

With the love for yourself,

Release them to the universe.

Give gratitude for all that has happened here.

Bring your awareness back to your body,

Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
