Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around and get comfortable.
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take deep breaths in through your nose.
Fill in your belly and chest.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top.
Then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.
Then exhale out through your nose.
Golden light is beaming down on you.
Place your focus on your guardian angel,
Getting gratitude for their guidance and protection.
Call on them to meet with you now.
Then exhale out through your nose.
You are in an all-white room.
This place is peaceful and has a welcoming and calm energy.
Wait here until your guardian angel appears to you,
With no expectation as to what they will look like or say.
