Welcome to this guided meditation on I am worthy.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down and close your eyes.
To calm our bodies and mind,
Let's take some deep breaths in,
Fill our chest with air,
Hold for a few seconds,
And then exhale out in a big sigh.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
I want you to picture yourself in a serene place in nature.
It can be any time of day that you enjoy.
I want you to give this place a body of water,
Whatever type of body of water you most enjoy being around.
Just take a moment to be in your serene place.
Make your way now to the body of water.
Look at your reflection in it.
As you look at yourself,
Be mindful of what words or phrases you hear.
Keep looking into the water and repeat after me.
I am worthy.
I am worthy of love.
I forgive myself.
The universe loves me.
I love who I am.
I don't need to be perfect.
I am just as I need to be.
I am growing as a person.
I love who I am and who I am becoming.
I am worthy.
Take a deep cleansing breath,
Then scoop some of the water into your hands and just splash your face.
Keep doing so until you feel clean and whole.
Let all false beliefs around yourself be washed away.
Look at your reflection again,
Seeing yourself with a fresh point of view.
Open your heart and accept the love you are eagerly desiring for yourself.
You are capable of holding love for yourself.
Give gratitude for all you have experienced here today.
Bring your awareness to your body now.
Begin to move and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
