Welcome to this guided meditation for the fall equinox.
My name is Joy and I will be guiding you in today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Get comfortable,
And then close your eyes.
To calm our body and mind,
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for three seconds at the top,
And then exhale out in a large sigh.
Continue these deep breaths for one minute.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Think about what you desire right now,
Be it peace,
Love,
A material thing.
It doesn't matter what it is,
Just let this information rise in you.
With your desire in mind,
Think back to your past,
To when you felt this desire or came close to it.
Now picture the future where this desire is made real.
Feel into it.
What does it feel like to have or embody?
How have you shifted to receive this?
In this present moment,
We weave the past and the future together,
Bending space-time to bring them both into the now.
Feel the past memory and the future and let them merge and swirl within you.
Let this energy you have created,
This desire made manifest,
And place it where you feel it needs to be.
Within you,
Outside of you,
Doesn't matter.
In your own beautiful way,
Do what feels natural.
Give gratitude for all that has happened here.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
