Welcome to this guided meditation on physical healing.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you in today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Get comfortable,
And then close your eyes.
To calm our body and mind,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold for three seconds at the top,
Then exhale out in a large sigh.
Continue this breathing.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Scan your body,
Asking areas that need healing love to show themselves to you.
Hold no expectation or judgment,
Just become aware of what areas of your body are ready to accept healing love.
An emerald green energy comes down from source,
Pouring over you and into every space that revealed itself to you in your body.
Let this energy seep into your body,
Covering it in divine unconditional love.
Be aware of any sensations or emotions that arise.
Give gratitude for all that has happened here.
Bring your awareness back to your body,
Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
