To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around and get comfortable.
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest with air.
Hold for 3 seconds at the top.
Then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.
Exhale out through your mouth.
Bring your attention to your heart space and see a door.
Open this door to this space.
When you are ready,

With your door now open,
Invite source energy inside.

Source energy now expands through your heart and into the rest of your body.
See its energy move through you.

Find a place in your body you want to be connected to source always.
An anchor for you in source who is always with you.

See your anchor spot light up.
Give gratitude for this renewed connection for your anchor spot.

To this now moment.
Slowly begin to move your body and open your eyes.
