Welcome to this guided meditation for December 31st or what could also be called 1-2-3 1-2-3 day.

Numbers have energy and have a greater meaning.

New Year's is a time of great transition energy and this can be helpful to tap into.

In this guided meditation though we will be seeking truth.

We're here to ask the questions that have always boggled us.

What is real?

What is true?

My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you through this guided meditation.

Before we dive in take a moment to get comfortable sitting upright if possible.

Let your body get comfortable and close your eyes.

To settle ourselves let's take some deep breaths.

Fill your lungs with air.

Hold for three seconds at the top and then exhale out in a big sigh.

Let your breathing return to normal now.

Dwell on the idea of truth and what you think is real.

What questions you've always had maybe even have been too scared to ask.

Bring all of this to your mind.

Set the intention now that the truth you need to uncover at this time will be shown to you.

Do this by stating it and feeling into your heart space.

Know that this is what will occur.

Focus on your root chakra energy at the base of your spine and move this energy up through your other six chakras all the way up to your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Once you reach the top go back to your root chakra and move the energy up again.

As energy moves through you it propels you to the place you need to be.

This place will be a specific to you.

When you arrive you will receive the answer to a truth question that you have.

With this new knowledge you have gained let it be shown to you how to integrate this new knowledge into your current life reality.

Let's return now.

Become aware of your body,

Of your surroundings.

Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
