You are in a position of power and probably no one has ever told you that you have this great responsibility because primarily you have your heart in the right place having goodwill for all and even though you are a board leader it may not have always been easy for you however from now on it will be simple because you choose to be guided by the best and it will be only solving for how do I receive guidance from the best so who is the best person and receive generally speaking God is the best however God speaks through all so truly it is your ability to recognize God speaking through anything and everything within and without which will make you the greatest leader of all it is your ability to discern between noise of this world,

Behaviors,
Beliefs,
Opinions,
Your own or the others and ability to distinguish all this noise from voice of God more precisely it's your ability to recognize the voice of God within all things it is realizing that there is no noise at all there's only God speaking and foremost the easiest place,
Easiest way to get intimate with God is by going within in silence,
In silence we feel most connected with God and silence and stillness does not necessarily mean being immobile it doesn't mean that the mind has no thoughts it doesn't mean that you don't feel anything it doesn't mean that your body is still it means your mind is clear sharp it means that your heart is pure open warm expanding and radiating the love of God you feel good maybe even blissful and ecstatic and your body is in joy it's at ease it might be running yet still be in peace and your ability to make great decisions come from your ability to find this inner peace and from this place from the pure place in your heart you will make your best decisions regardless how logically sound or ridiculous they may seem with your inner guidance from pure place in your heart you will know you already know and this faith will make you the best leader you may recognize that not everyone seems to be seeing this not everyone seems to be acknowledging this truth and that's why they come to you when their logic fails they seek for a leader leader like you who recognizes the power of the present moment and recognizing the presence of the God within and that's why and that's how when logic fails leadership begins so go with him whatever questions you may have let them be whatever seems to be the most important thing at the moment let it be and recognize that the presence of God is the most important thing it's your ability to set priorities and recognize truly what is the most important thing in stillness you can practice you can practice now allowing yourself to be in presence of the God by following your heart and intuition by being able to recognize God within all things even in absence of things like breathe your heart feel allow yourself to feel observe allow energy to flow through you freely and once established your center within a pure place in your heart in the present moment connection with the God you can ask whatever is on your heart ask and you shall receive ask your heart and lead with the heart deny that people don't come to you because you know all the answers because it's not you who has the answer and anyone and everyone who is willing to take time to listen be present knowing that all you need to know you already know is guiding you towards the greatest good of all regardless of appearances and that's why when logic fails leadership begins
