First step is measure.
Allow yourself to feel.
You already have internal guidance.
Every single decision or action to be taken,
You already know.
How meaningful does it keep choosing actions that are most meaningful from all the options available,
You are moving towards your purpose.
Second,
Move.
As long as you keep moving towards it,
You are unstoppable.
Because only thing stopping you from life on purpose is stopping.
It is that simple.
Because life on purpose is living meaningful life.
As soon as you stop living,
You're no longer living.
And as soon as you stop meaningfulness in your life,
You also cut your purpose.
The third step is about enjoying and acceleration.
It's called flow state.
It allows you to keep momentum so that it's easier for you to overcome any challenges and you keep moving forward in a most joyful and efficient way.
And that's why we meditate.
To make sure we always listen,
Take action that feels meaningful and keep doing it consistently.

Second step of MMA process is actually doing the thing.
You cannot do the thing right now since you're meditating.
However,
You can imagine yourself doing the thing to reaffirm and ensure its meaningfulness for you.
You can also clear your limiting beliefs and blocks from any misconceptions about the process you're about to go on and allow yourself to feel more meaning in the things you already do.
Just allow yourself to feel.
Feeling is enough.
Knowing that all feeling comes from within,
From pure place in your heart.
So allow yourself to feel.
Allow yourself to be guided towards more meaningful life.
And you'll find more meaning not by avoiding the uncomfortable feeling.
You find it by facing it,
Embracing it,
Allowing yourself to feel it and orienting yourself towards more desirable options.
