You don't have any anger issues.

And if you find yourself angry,

It's only because you have preference for anger.

Because you create your emotions.

You are in full charge of them.

And the only reason why you choose anger is because you prefer it.

And I would choose anger too if I only thought,

If I've given a choice between fear and anger.

Of course anger.

Shame or anger.

Of course anger.

But that's not the choice you have.

You have a full spectrum of emotions.

And when I've given a choice between fear and anger,

I choose pride.

When it's choice between shame or anger,

I choose pride.

It's more powerful than anger.

It's more grounded,

More enlightened.

But ultimately it's not about pride.

It's about love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

However,

Sometimes those higher emotions are really hard to get access to.

Therefore,

I get what I can get my hands on.

So what is your preference?

You get to decide who do you truly want to be and live by those rules.

And that's why we meditate.

To connect with our higher selves.

And remember that we create our own emotions.

We get to choose what we prefer.

So let's practice and have it magical.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation to put you charge in your emotions and anger.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within.

Bring your attention on your breath,

Noticing how it flows through your heart.

You may put your hands on top of your heart and simply breathe without changing,

Adjusting or controlling your breath.

Simply observe how you breathe through your heart.

Feel the heart beating in your chest.

Simply be and observe.

Notice what you notice.

Body,

Mind,

Thoughts,

Feelings.

Simply observe without need to change or engage.

Remember your heart and the pure place in your heart full of unconditional and unlimited love right here,

Right now.

Simply allowing yourself to feel.

Allow yourself to feel.

Remembering that emotions is energy in motion.

It's meaningless.

It's our mind that brings it meaning and creates emotions.

You are in charge of your emotions.

You create them.

Therefore,

You get to re-create them into emotions you prefer.

You get to feel exactly how you want to feel.

So how do you want to feel?

What do you prefer?

Who are you,

Ideally?

Ask these questions to your heart.

How would I love to feel right now?

And listen.

Listen to your heart.

Listen to your emotions.

And allow yourself to feel.

Feel your answers.

As you feel,

You realize that you choose your emotions.

You get to feel exactly how you want to feel.

You feel as you prefer to feel.

And if you catch yourself in angry state that you don't prefer,

It's only because part of you has chosen this as your preferred state.

There must have been some logic behind it.

Why this state is safer or more preferable than any other state.

You get to observe this pattern and rewrite it by choosing more preferred state.

So choose now.

How do you want to feel?

And remember,

No one can make you feel anything.

They can spark the fire,

But you choose.

Do you keep,

Kindle,

Or take out the fire?

You are in charge of your emotions.

You and you alone.

So choose wisely and remind yourself.

Who do you think you are?

Happy,

Cheerful,

Or angry person?

You choose.

And remember to choose.

And you may stay here as long as you like.

Seeing,

Believing,

And feeling as your ideal.

Revisiting any memories where you felt anger and playing out ideally.

See yourself as your ideal.

You can go into the future and create scenarios which in past created anger,

Recreate them ideally.

You may stay here creating your ideal version and future as long as you like.

And whenever ready,

You're gonna open your eyes and have it magical.
