Keep moving and keep walking.

Keep your eyes open and put your attention on your breath.

You can put your aim or no aim.

Any movement counts.

Neck and shoulders.

Play around with the pace you walk and allow yourself to find the most suitable,

Most enjoyable pace.

You can speed up and slow down and find a pace that flows naturally for you in this present moment.

You may run,

Sprint or slow down.

Make sure you soften your tone and approach yourself with love.

No need to force yourself.

Simply allow and notice what you notice as you keep flowing with your movements.

As you allow more gratitude flow through you in a present moment.

Simply allow yourself to feel.

Notice what you notice.

Bring yourself into the present moment fully.

Simply observe.

Allow yourself to feel the gratitude for your breath,

For your skin,

For your heart.

Keep breathing and keep bringing yourself back to the present moment.

Remembering your heart,

Remembering the pure place in your heart full of unconditional and unlimited love.

You may stay here as long as you like.

Even start a conversation with your heart or your body.

You may ask any questions and a question to start is what do you want?

So what do you want?

Simply ask and listen and be thankfully present for answer that comes.

Whenever ready you may stop this practice and return to your regular day with more gratitude and appreciation in your heart.

Have it magical!
