Welcome to making soul and decisions as a christian meditation find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice relax your physical body close your eyes and go within set intention to receive your own inner guidance that is reliable and trustworthy so that you can make solid line decisions as a faithful christian with this intention said and set continue to relax your physical body release any tension from your eyes as you soften your gaze loosen your face jaw neck and shoulders exhale and ease and release keep breathing to your heart remember your heart and as you breathe and stay present observing your mind body and heart allowing emotions to flow allowing thoughts to appear to disappear ask yourself this question who do you trust more very important question to ask so ask your heart ask your mind and listen for the answers i will give you some suggestions for you to evaluate to your own inner knowing do you trust god how much do you trust god and if you had direct connection with a god would you trust it the most listen and acknowledge the answers please observe your mind observe your heart allow yourself to feel and receive the answers from within from your own inner guidance and explore the possibility that you have direct access to god right now through the pure place in your heart full of unconditional love happiness peace bliss fulfillment pure expression of god right here right now through your heart explore this possibility and allow yourself to feel and as you breathe and feel ask yourself next set of questions how much do you trust your own heart and intuition how close is your heart and intuition in connection with god do you have a clear channel or some obstacles and mediations in between explore and receive your answers how much can you trust your heart and intuition right now just evaluate your own trust in your own self in your own inner guidance you may also ask who do you trust the most you may notice many voices in your head many forces pulling you and your attention in many directions and ask yourself who do you trust the most who do you follow the most just observe and notice where your attention goes just keep breathing through your heart remember your heart and receive your answers in silence from within thank you thank you thank you be thankfully present to answers you received you may continue in a similar fashion asking yourself questions about how much you trust bible and opinion of others including church or any religious organization ask yourself these questions and listen and most importantly make a decision who do you trust the most and be thankfully present for receiving answers and making decision thank you thank you thank you you may stay here as long as you like and whenever ready open your eyes and have it magical
