It gets to be easy,

So find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation,

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within,

Bring your attention on your breath flowing through your heart,

Simply breathe,

Simply be and notice what you notice,

Remind yourself that it gets to be easy,

Whatever you're facing,

Whatever challenges you face,

It gets to be easy,

Right here,

Right now,

Not tomorrow,

Not yesterday,

Right now,

In this moment,

Because you decide,

Your decision makes it so,

So continue to breathe and focus on your heart,

Allow yourself to feel and notice what you notice,

Observing with ease,

As easy as allowing yourself to breathe,

There's nothing to change,

Control or adjust,

Allow your body to do what body needs to do,

You are in control,

But you don't need to control,

You can allow and let it be easy,

So breathe through your heart,

Remembering that you create your reality,

You are in charge and you're being guided by your heart and intuition,

So listen and connect deeply with a pure place in your heart,
