This meditation will shift your perspective,

So that you can only relate to any criticism in an empowering and constructive way,

Even if it was ill-minded.

It will allow you to realize that any criticism is just feedback.

It's either valuable and to be appreciated,

Or it's not and to be discarded.

Remember,

Only you have power to decide how to relate to any information.

So let's go deeper.

For most impact,

I recommend you to find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this meditation.

Close your eyes and go within.

Put your hands on top of your heart and breathe through your heart.

Take few deeper breaths to establish even deeper and more profound connection with your heart.

Your heart that is your divine guide.

Your heart that already knows what's best for you.

Allow yourself to feel and establish even more,

Even deeper connection with the pure place in your heart,

Full of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

And as you feel and breathe through your heart,

Let's use your mind and ask your heart,

Heart,

What's most important for you?

Listen,

It might be your vision,

Mission,

Or purpose,

Or something you value highly.

Feel free to ask again and again until you hear or feel the answer.

What's the most important for you?

And when you receive the answer,

In any form and shape,

Appreciate.

Now,

This feedback you just received,

Which may feel as criticism,

It's either revealing or inspiring change in you.

If you feel emotionally connected,

Then it's either revealing or inspiring change.

And if there's no emotional connection,

Then it's probably not important,

And therefore to be discounted.

And to help you to decide,

Ask your heart again.

Do you believe it's true?

And just feel the answer without any judgment.

This will reveal your current belief system to be either changed or accepted as it is.

Then ask,

Am I a better person?

And get closer to my vision,

If this is true.

And by this is true,

We mean the criticism,

The feedback.

Is this feedback true?

What in it is true?

What in it is not?

And are you a better person because of it?

And if you're not a better person by believing this feedback,

Then it's not true.

And it's inspiration for you to change.

So ask yourself,

What would I love to believe?

What is the better person I am to become?

Who am I inspired to become by this feedback?
