Be fully present with each breath,

Now bring your attention to your heart space.
Visualize a warm glowing light radiating from your heart,
Filling your entire being with love and compassion.
With each inhale,
Feel this loving energy expanding,
And with each exhale,
Imagine it enveloping you in a comforting embrace.
As you continue to breathe in this loving energy,
Let your awareness expand beyond yourself.
Visualize the people in your life who bring you joy and happiness,
And picture their faces,

Take a moment to silently express your gratitude for these individuals,
Appreciating the love and joy they bring into your life.
Allow your heart to overflow with gratitude for the gift of their presence,
And the positive impact they have on you.
Now turn your attention to the experiences and moments that have brought you joy.
Recall those times when you felt truly alive,
Content,
And full of joy.
Reflect on the feelings and sensations associated with those moments.
As you immerse yourself in these memories,
Let yourself relive the joy,
The laughter,
And the happiness you experienced.
Feel the energy of joy coursing through your body,
Awakening a deep sense of appreciation for life's blessings.
Let's take a moment to express gratitude for the simple joys in our lives,
The things we often take for granted,
Bring to mind the basic necessities that sustain us,
Like food,
Water,
And shelter.
Recognize the abundance that surrounds you,
And express gratitude for these fundamental blessings.
