We are going to practice a simple breath pattern to help you release stress after a long day of work.

Any breath patterns that have longer exhales are going to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system,

Which is that relaxation and resting state.

So we're just going to breathe in through our nose for a count of three and exhale out our mouth for a count of six.

And we'll do this for as long as we need to to release the stress from our body and calm our minds while we listen to this relaxing music.

It will sound like this.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale two,

Three.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And just continue repeating that throughout the duration of this track.
