Welcome to this chakra meditation series.
During this meditation you are going to be practicing a circular continuous breathing style.
And this just means that there are no pauses on the inhales or the exhales.
So you can breathe in your nose and out your mouth or if you want a little bit more activation you can breathe in and out of your mouth.
It sounds like this.
Or just out of your mouth which sounds like this.
And you're always going to want to breathe into your belly.
So feeling that expansion deep into your belly.
If you start to get dizzy or lightheaded just take a break and you can come back to the breath pattern in a moment.
So get comfortable and let's begin the meditation.
Let's begin by sitting in a comfortable position.
Eyes closed,
Palms face up.
And beginning to relax our body.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Exhale out your mouth.
Exhale out your mouth.
Exhale out your mouth.
Beginning to relax your entire body.
Beginning with your feet.
Beginning to breathe deep.
Relaxing your ankles.
Relaxing your calves and your shins.
Relaxing your knees and your thighs.
Relaxing your hips.
Relaxing your lower back.
Relaxing your stomach.
Relaxing your upper back.
Your chest.
Relaxing your shoulders and your neck.
Relaxing all the tension that we carry here.
Relaxing your arms.
Your hands.
Your face.
And the crown of your head.
Bringing your awareness to your third chakra.
To your solar plexus.
You can even place a hand there if you'd like.
We'll just breathe into that area for the next few minutes.
This place of personal power.
And visualizing a yellow orb of energy in this area of your third chakra.
And it grows larger and larger with each breath.
Relaxing your legs.
Relaxing your chest.
Relaxing your shoulders.
Relaxing your lower back.
Relaxing your lower back.
Relaxing your upper back.
Relaxing all the tension that we carry here.
Relaxing all the tension that we carry here.
Relaxing all the tension that we carry here.
