Welcome to this chakra meditation series.
During this meditation you are going to be practicing a circular continuous breathing style.
And this just means that there are no pauses on the inhales or the exhales.
So you can breathe in your nose and out your mouth,
Or if you want a little bit more activation you can breathe in and out of your mouth.
It sounds like this.
Or just out of your mouth,
Which sounds like this.
And you are always going to want to breathe into your belly.
So feeling that expansion deep into your belly.
If you start to get dizzy or light headed,
Just take a break and you can come back to the breath pattern in a moment.
So get comfortable and let's begin the meditation.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale out your mouth.
Two more times,
Really relaxing on the exhale.
And bringing your awareness to your feet.
Feeling that connection to the ground.
Taking a deep breath and completely relaxing your feet.
And relaxing your ankles,
Your shins,
Your knees.
Relaxing your thighs.
And relaxing your hips.
Taking a deep breath here,
Relaxing both of your legs.
And relaxing your lower back and your stomach.
Relaxing your upper back and your chest.
Relaxing your shoulders and your neck.
Your arms and your hands.
Relaxing your jaw,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your forehead and the crown of your head.
Taking another deep breath,
Completely relaxing your entire body.
And during this meditation,
Inhaling wisdom and insight through your third eye.
And exhaling and letting go of the need to rely only on your physical self.
Dropping deeper into the knowing that your higher self will always steer you in the right direction if you allow it to connect with you.
Visualizing an indigo purple orb in the center of your forehead.
This energy continues to expand with each breath,
Welcoming in that wisdom.
Silently repeating after me,
I am intuitive and follow my inner guidance.
I see the truth in all of life's situations.
My life is divinely guided and always taking me in the direction best for me.
And for this last minute,
Joining me in toning the vowel E.

Really dropping into deep gratitude.
Gratitude for your higher self and gratitude that you are in the perfect place at the perfect time.
