Welcome to this chakra meditation series.
During this meditation you are going to be practicing a circular continuous breathing style.
And this just means that there are no pauses on the inhales or the exhales.
So you can breathe in your nose and out your mouth,
Or if you want a little bit more activation you can breathe in and out of your mouth.
It sounds like this.
Or just out of your mouth which sounds like this.
And you are always going to want to breathe into your belly.
So feeling that expansion deep into your belly.
If you start to get dizzy or light headed just take a break and you can come back to the breath pattern in a moment.
So get comfortable and let's begin the meditation.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath.
Two more times really relaxing with each breath.
Bringing your awareness to your feet.
Relaxing your toes,
Your feet and your ankles.
Continuing to breathe deeply as you relax your shins,
Your knees and your thighs.
Relaxing your hips,
Your lower back and your stomach.
Relaxing your chest and your upper back.
Taking a deep breath really relaxing your neck and your shoulders.
Relaxing your arms and your hands.
Relaxing your jaw,
Your face,
Your forehead and the crown of your head.
Bringing your awareness to the crown of your head.
Noticing any sensations that you're feeling there.
Breathing deep and allowing for your body to expand.
And through the course of this meditation seeing if you can allow your energy to expand beyond your body.
All the life around you.
Breathing deep.

Silently repeating after me,
I accept and honor the spirit within me and all living things.
Embrace the unity of all life and release all attachment.
I am complete.
I am one with everything.
