Let's start by getting into a relaxed position,

Sitting up straight,

Opening your palms and closing your eyes.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Exhale out your mouth.

Let's do that again.

And releasing a sigh on the third one.

Starting to draw all of your attention into the present moment.

Bringing your awareness into your body.

Relaxing your entire body,

Starting at your feet,

Moving up your legs,

Relaxing your hips,

Your stomach,

Your lower back,

Your middle back,

Your chest,

And your shoulders.

Relaxing your arms and your hands,

Relaxing your neck,

Your face,

Your forehead,

And the crown of your head.

Taking one last deep breath and relaxing your entire body on the exhale.

Right inhale through your nose.

Bringing your awareness to your root chakra,

This connection to the ground below you at the base of your spine.

Seeing a ball of red light filling this entire part of your body.

Continuing to focus on your breath and remembering the breathing pattern of a deep inhale and exhale.

Really letting go on that exhale.

Releasing through your mouth.

Releasing through your mouth.

Imagining a cord attached to the root and traveling down into the earth.

Feeling grounded and connected and supported.

This cord travels down deeper into the earth.

Eventually to the center of the earth.

Allowing your body to feel gravity,

To feel connected and in this moment.

Continuing with the breathing pattern while sending energy to that root.

Guides shorter than the rest.

What are the sensations in that area?

What are the sensations in that area?

What are the sensations in that area?

What are the sensations in that area?

You are silently repeating to yourself,

I am safe and always have everything I need.

I am connected to all that is around me.

I am the source of my own financial abundance and money flows to me easily.

I am at peace with my surroundings and the people in my life.

I belong.

I am the source of my own financial abundance and money flows to me easily.

And for this last minute,

Join me in toning the sound uh.

Ah.

Ah.

Ah.

And just returning to your normal breath.

Taking these last few moments to bring to mind what you are grateful for.

Ah.

Ah.

Ah.

Ah.
