Generator (Human Design) Meditation

This practice is for Generators, in the Human Design system. This powerful guided meditation uses affirmations to guide you back to your own innate power and to releasing everything that no longer serves.

Welcome,

Dear generator.

I'm so honored to have you here.

And to begin,

We're just going to sink into and drop into this space.

I'll just ask you to close your eyes and sit in a comfortable position.

Big breaths in,

All the way down to your sacral,

Filling up your belly with life force energy and breathing out through the mouth.

With each breath,

Allowing yourself to tune more inwards.

Generator is always focused inwards,

Tuning inwards right now.

Feeling your forehead relax.

Your jaw relax as a beautiful white light travels down your body,

Wrapping around you in this glittery glow.

Relaxing your shoulders.

We carry so much tension in our shoulders as you go deeper and deeper inwards.

And as you relax,

I notice a beautiful golden roots growing out of your feet and into the earth to ground you and center you through this meditation.

The beautiful roots grow deeper and deeper and even deeper into Mother Earth.

Feeling the pulse of Gaia as you turn inwards and relax even more.

Breathing deep into your belly.

For the affirmations for this meditation,

You can say them out loud or in your head,

However you are called and whatever your sacral is saying is best for you right now.

One more deep breath in and out.

We will get started.

I am safe to do only work that lights me up.

It is safe to respond moment to moment to the universe.

It is safe to trust my sacral response and allow it to guide me on my path.

I am safe to work in ways I find satisfying.

It is safe to trust my inner authority.

I ground in my own power and life force energy.

I give myself permission to follow my heart in all that I do.

I give myself permission to know myself on an intimate level.

I drop all masks and armor.

I release the need to initiate.

I step into my power through responding.

I fully and completely release any attachments to how life should be and surrender to my path.

I release any cords or attachments to this life or past that made me feel as though I could not speak my truth.

I release any cords or attachments to this life or past that made me believe I had to explain my decisions.

Yes or no is enough.

I release any cords or attachments to this life or past that made me feel that I was not enough.

I am safe to express my mastery fully and completely.

I am safe to use my energy to build the life of my dreams.

I am safe to be abundantly paid for my gifts.

I am safe to be seen as a role model for living an authentic life.

I am safe to speak my truth even if it triggers others emotional waves.

Their emotions are theirs not mine.

I release the need to people please.

From this moment forward I release the need to control how people see me.

I am enough.

I trust and surrender to my design.

I trust and surrender to my own authority.

I anchor in my power and no one else's.

I allow life to come to me and provide me all that I require to thrive.

I trust that the universe has my back.

I allow my aura to naturally magnetize people to me.

I fully surrender to the hell yes or no.

I trust that the right people will be magnetized to me.

I trust that the more I stand in my power the more I will find my soul sisters.

I am a generator.

I am here to build a beautiful life wilder than my dreams.

My gift to the world is my life force energy.

My gift to the world is my ability to change the very frequency of earth.

My gift to the world is my unique ability to empower others.

I fully and completely express my power and truth.

I allow myself to surrender so life can be drawn to me by my aura.

I am magnetic.

I am here to change this world.

And I start with changing mine.

My greatest source of happiness is doing work I love to do.

I allow my purpose to find me.

I give myself permission to only do work I love.

I surrender to my response.

Just staying here for another moment generator with your eyes closed.

Just allowing those words to resonate with every cell of your body and spirit and mind.

Breathing in deep into your sacral.

Breathing out everything that no longer serves.

Staying here for long as you desire.
