I am so excited to have you here and so honored to be a piece of your journey.

I can't wait to introduce you to some rewilding and unleashing your own inner wisdom,

This is the home of magic and mysticism of the cosmos.

And today I am so excited to help you drop in to that sacred space within the deeper realms of your own sacred space.

So my recommendation as we go on this journey today is to allow the ego to melt away.

Give yourself space to get up and move how you're called to move.

This isn't meant to be a sitting meditation.

This is meant for you to really allow Shakti and the faces of the feminine to flow through every cell of your body.

So to be able to allow yourself to do that,

You will need space to move.

And if this is your first time experiencing any type of rewilding,

You might have some guards up,

Some guards around your heart,

Some guards around your room space,

Some guards around unleashing every single piece that is you.

And that's okay because you are perfect and you are exactly where you're meant to be.

So today I'm just going to have you start either standing or sitting wherever you're comfortable.

Just start by dropping in.

Just breathing deep into your belly and letting go of everything outside of this moment.

Nice deep breaths in.

So many of us breathe so shallow,

Using the exhale to release any thoughts or energetic connections that you're holding onto.

Deep breath in to the belly,

Seeing air swirl around in your room space.

Send deep breath out.

Deep breath into your room space.

Seeing the air flow through your room and your chakras.

And deep breath out,

Making as much noise as you need to to get out all the energetic connections that are still attached to you.

Allow your exhales to release everything,

All the tension.

Use sound or movement to release what gets to go.

Deep breath in and use the inhale to draw you into this sacred space.

Deep breath in to pull your attention inwards.

Deep breath in,

Expanding the belly,

And every time you draw in,

Go deeper into the realms of your own inner sacred space.

Start to feel into where is your own sacred space.

It might be different than someone else's.

Feel into your own inner peace and sacred space.

Trust wherever you're called.

If you're called to the heart or the womb,

Just trust it.

Don't overthink it.

Trust your place of truth,

Your place of depth.

Trust wherever you're called and imagine a white light in your sacred place,

Wherever that is in your heart,

Imagine a white light there and it starts the size of a pebble.

Just a little white light.

Maybe it's in your heart,

Your womb,

Your solar plexus.

Imagine that white light and see it grow.

It starts to grow to the size of a plum and it's getting hotter and brighter and warmer.

It starts to awaken the rest of your body and you feel it expanding out to now the size of a grapefruit,

This bright white light in your sacred space that has not been awoken before.

This inner wisdom,

This inner truth,

This inner knowing.

It feels like a lifetime separated from this.

Allow it to grow and grow and awaken the rest of your body,

Shaking the cells awake,

Waking you up to your inner truth.

Deep breath in and out.

Allow yourself to move,

Or even shake yourself awake.

I like to stand at this time with my feet hip width apart or wider.

The wider your feet,

If you even go shoulder width or more,

It allows you to get deeper into the movement.

You do a little bit of a shake or a bounce up and down as if you're shaking yourself awake.

You're shaking off the years of patriarchy.

You're shaking off the years of conditioning.

You're shaking off the years of programming,

The lifetime of programming,

The lifetimes of being asleep.

You're shaking off,

sounds do you make to activate the crystalline grid to activate your multi-dimensional being to bring yourself closer your magic healing and sacred energy of earth and how the energy of the earth star chakra to travel up into your roots swirling through your lower chakras deep breath in and out bright light filling you and awakening you how do you move to allow this powerful healing energy to move one hand on your heart as you move and with deep breaths in allow the ocean of air to swirl the power of gaia and swirl your inner wisdom how does it move to open your heart wisdom even more how do you move how does the energy move how do your cells move to allow your womb wisdom to open even more your womb your center of power your heart your center of wisdom allow your wisdom centers to open allow your guard to drop drop drop drop this golden light swirls through you and swirls through you allow your guard to drop drop drop dance dance dance further and further without placing any labels on her the mind the ego loves to put labels on things create binaries no labels without a need for an outcome or what this is supposed to look like or what your mind would like this to look like without grabbing or pushing how do you move and breathe when you just allow Shakti to flow freely through you with your own inner wisdom how do you move and move like that now move like that now drop drop drop deeper deeper deeper deeper into the wisdom deeper in your heart deeper in your room space your own inner wisdom allow it to come up you are the divine you are the goddess she is you you are the whole vibration of the universe in human form a flow of life can show up through you Shakti flows through you life force flows through you I once heard Shakti described as the weather patterns one moment she's sunny and the next she's thundering that is the divine feminine the linear ways are not meant for us structure is not meant for us and living in this world this linear world this patriarchal world has suppressed your inner wisdom and has suppressed your inner fire and has suppressed the inner wolf but not anymore she's awake awake awake as you dance dance and move with her move with the flow of life allowing labels to drop and your name to drop everything to drop off just dance Shakti is every emotion and expression she's every part of you she is life force energy deep breaths and in one moment she can express this thunder and lightning of a dark goddess like Kali coming in and ripping the carpet out from under your feet and in another she can be absolutely joyful and ecstatic expressed as the sorceress the feminine sexual energy the sacred prostitute in another moment she can be the nurturer soft loving caring another moment she can be the oracle pulling through the mysticism of the cosmos seeing the future feeling the future the psychic the seer move in a way that allows you to bring energy into every chakra in your being as she moves up as your power moves up as Gaia moves up the power of the collective the power of all that is moves up in the throat and releases any blocks releases the fear of speaking your truth the witch wounds releases that noose around your neck releases the sister wounds that held you back from expressing the fullness of you move in a way that releases your throat releases your voice this bright white light it's releasing the clouds around your throat the history around your throat the chains around your throat the ropes the persecution everything goes and I want you to move in a way that allows the center to clear the throat to clear feel the flow of life move through you your deepest darkest truths that have been hidden in your inner sacred center your inner sacred center but they're coming up they're coming up they're bubbling to the surface in a beautiful white light beautiful white light all the elements come together earth air fire water and it's exploding you feel static breathing out anything that no longer serves so deep in your truth you're able to access all faces of the feminine deep in your truth deep in your truth how do you move to unleash every single piece of your truth breathe in a way that allows you to unleash it breathe in a way move in a way that allows the energy to move up through the chakras continuing this beautiful flow you can feel feel yourself grounded in earth the power the energy of guy moving up through you through you through you you can call in archangel santa foam right now the crystalline grid to help you ground further and further and further persephone the goddess of the underworld and spring to help you ground further and further into your truth your darkness your light everything that is persephone call persephone persephone forward ground further and further and further into the crystalline grid into your darkness your truth your light the power that comes with both allow the barriers to come down the barriers release more and more as you move in a way that allows your central channel to widen and widen your root continues to widen allowing more and more and more wisdom more intuition more gifts more truth more power to come through as this light goes up in your third eye and awakens your third eye awakens your third eye not just awakens your third eye but awakens the dragon eye at the base of your skull the dragon eye the feminine consciousness the feminine consciousness i want you to feel the dragon eye opening your drag and wisdom opening your dragon lineage opening the base of your skull of your skull it's opening it's opening it's opening to the depths and the truth or the feminine wisdom depths and the truth of the feminine wisdom it's opening it's opening the connection to the dragon eye the connection of the dragon lineage and knowledge feel it open open open how do you dance how do you open further to that knowledge further to the cosmos further to the mysticism the stories the fairy tales everything that you held within that you were told to repress how do you feel the dimensions the dragons the fairies all that is how do you feel into it feel into it feel into it deeper deeper deeper deeper opening the dragon eye further as all this energy moves from the third eye and the dragon eye it's swirling around and around and around and it's coming up up up into the crown up into the crown up into the crown up into the crown it's swirling move in a way that supports the flow of life going through your entire body into the third eye awakening the third eye dancing through every cell of your body every cell of your body's awaken the cell of your body's awaken your truth how do you dance how do you move awakening every cell of your body every cell of your body every cell how do you move move dance dance dance awaken deeper deeper deeper deeper deeper deeper dance dance dance yes allow your inner wisdom to dance and as you feel this energy move through you I want you to feel a bright white light coming in from the soul star chakra above your head and it opens a deeper channel a deeper white light that's flowing through the center of your body connected to all that is and you feel this white light connection to the cosmos that's pouring in the knowledge the wisdom your records everything and it's going through your body and straight through right in the earth writing the earth through the earth star chakra and it's widening your inner channel and your inner channel is getting larger as you go deeper into your truth and deeper into the darkness and deeper into the light and that energy goes through Gaia goes through the earth star chakra and it comes back up through your central channel back up through your soul star chakra clearing anything that no longer serves and allowing you to be a clear channel for the divine a clear channel for your higher self and this inner wisdom that's coming through it's not logic or order it's just a dance of life as you go on this journey with me you go past the mental realm far beyond what the mind can comprehend you must allow your heart and your womb to open you cannot try and force this inner truth you cannot force Shakti you cannot force the divine feminine come through with logic she's the opposite deep breaths breathe into it allow your mind to be open to the flow the dance the movement of her the movement of her the ebb the flow the highs the lows if the dance of life was to throw through your body right now if all of life all of the cosmos all that is if the cosmos the stars your guides and your inner wisdom and higher self who is an ascended master was to all conspire for your good in this moment of time how would you move go there allow yourself to go there good and coming back if you were to allow the medicine woman and your powerful innate gifts to flow through you how would you move how would you move if you were tapping into the medicine woman the woman that went to red tents to bleed with her community with other women if you were to tap into her and allow her to flow through you how would you move what would you see what was your dragon I see the feminine consciousness is the dragon I what would she see she's at the back of your skull the bottom of your skull how would you move if you were allowed a sorceress to move through you the sacred prostitute the lover the pure sexual energy of the awakened wild woman includes the sorceress includes the sexual energy includes your sexuality as a woman if you were to allow her to move through you how would you move the pure sexual energy of the awakened wild woman how would you move just allow her to move through you she's my favorite oh you can imagine yourself around a fire right now with the different faces of the feminine the different faces of you this is not something that's outside of you she is within you the goddess is you you are the divine picture yourself in front of a fire dancing and moving how do you allow the witch to move through you the Oracle to move through you the nurturer allow this deeper and deeper innate wisdom to bubble up you don't have to label it and maybe you can't right now maybe there's no words that's okay the cosmos does not speak in words the fifth dimensional reality has no English language maybe right now you're just feeling something feeling something feeling something but you can't put your finger on it that's okay do not compare your soul's expression or your experience to anyone else's you carry your own unique frequency and path the womb is your gateway to all human life and your power and cosmic wisdom and your womb and your heart are intimately connected I want you to see a beautiful golden light connecting your heart and womb it can look like pearls it can just look like a straight line whatever feels right for you for me it's a string of pearls that connects my womb and my heart one of my guides is Mary Magdalene so it's a beautiful golden light here as one of the Magdalene's bringing forward the divine feminine consciousness I see a lot of gold light for you maybe it's white light that's okay don't compare yourself for your soul's expression just sitting still for a moment either standing with your feet hip-width apart or just sitting I want you to tune into your heart and your womb you can place one hand on your heart and one on your womb and I'd love for you to sink in and just honor yourself honor your creative and sacred magic and power your access and gateway between worlds your ability to move between timelines dimensions and realities easily and effortlessly through your heart in your womb space feel the sacred chambers of your heart your sovereign sacred space and feel those chambers opening and as they open breathe out and allow any darkness anything that's holding you back to be breathed out air is life force energy make sure you're breathing properly breathing into your belly there is perfection in your path keeping one hand on your heart one on your womb you are in the perfect place on your path right now breathe into that breathe into the perfection of your journey your higher self remains completely unchanged and your higher self saw this journey ahead for you before committing to it you're exactly where you're meant to be your current relationship with Shakti is perfect there's nothing to fix in this moment and at this time just honor yourself you are perfect you are the divine you are the mystical you are the Oracle you are the medicine woman you are the whole vibe of the entire universe I read once that woman by nature is a shaman how can you tap into this power within how can you tap into that knowledge and the knowing from your ancestral lines from your past lifetimes how can you allow that to come up further while still honoring where you are now just taking a moment to honor all aspects of the human experience breathing deep and keeping that central channel of light and feeling the energy pouring in from the soul star chakra pouring in and filling all your chakras swirling through your entire being and I heard she's flowing up through the earth star chakra through the golden crystalline grid feel it all flowing through you you get to invite soul and higher self into this human experience you get to invite life force itself into your body and experience it is your divine birthright to express life itself through you the universe itself through you you are consciousness itself and just honoring that deeply honoring the human experience as we're at a point in time that has been planned for eons the veils are thinning and dropping your higher self fear ascended master self remains completely unchanged and is there for you to rise into the dimension the fifth dimension of love abundance joy compassion it's there waiting it already exists everything already exists breathing deep into that and feeling the energy of the soul star chakra and the energy from the crystalline grid and the earth star chakra flowing through you knowing you are one and you are the divine and you are the vibe of the entire universe you are exactly where you're supposed to be this time in the stars has been planned for eons your path you're being here right now you are here for a reason and commit now to living your truth commit now to seeing through the veil commit now
