Ashley is a 500 E- RYT, certified Mindfulness, and Meditation Teacher, certified in Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra, and certified Health & Wellness Coach. She is an educator with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Master's of Education, and is the creator of the Mindful Breathing Program. She is the Wellness Coordinator for Forsyth County Schools and teaches Mindfulness for the University of North Georgia. She led a mindfulness pilot in partnership with the School of Public Health & Psychology at Georgia State University. Ashley has been featured on many podcasts, and articles, and speaks at national and international conferences on her belief that we can change mental health by teaching these life skills in school. She leads yoga retreats in Jamaica yearly. Ashley believes Mindfulness is the foundation of all learning, emotional regulation, and good mental health. She is committed to helping adults and children address their anxiety and stress through mindfulness so they can live their happiest lives.

Lovely guidance and soothing voice! Feel more regulated and calm. I would only suggested adding prolonged music without talking at the end to come back out of the meditation and it not feel as abrupt.

Practicing gratitude when I wake is something I’ve been practicing more intentionally the past month & this was an amazing practice to integrate into my day. Thank you for your heartfelt energy throughout this, noticing the way nature supports us & also to utilize our breath towards others who may not get the moment to breathe as deep/gentle or in such reverence- brought tears to my eyes, sending so much love throughout the world! Thank you so much for sharing; I am feeling so much more grounded in my body & carrying this grateful energy throughout my day/week 💛
