Hello,
Today we're going to do an inner love activation meditation.
So many times in this world,
We forget where our true source of love comes from.
We search for it in other people,
Places,
And things,
And inevitably feel suffering when the love we get from other people is fleeting or falls short.
We've forgotten that love,
The source of love,
Does not come from other people.
It comes from the divine.
It comes from the divine and it comes from ourselves.
There is a place within each of us that has divinity.
A spark of the divine,
Our creator,
God,
Lives in each and every one of us and connects us back to him.
He created all of us,
All living things,
So we each have a spark of the creator's energy living within us,
Like a mark of love that can never be erased.
So often we forget that we have 24-7 access to this love.
And it's this love,
This outer worldly feeling that brings us peace and joy,
Insurmountable joy,
That even in our suffering,
Even in times of suffering,
We feel joy because we're living with God.
We're living with our creator and we are feeling the peace and the love that he always intended us to feel.
God is not cold,
Distant,
Or unfeeling.
He is with us all of the time.
He is with us and he is everywhere that we look.
We can see traces of him and every person and everything.
People just forgot to look for it anymore.
People look,
But they do not see.
They've forgotten their ability to see.
But through meditation,
Through prayer,
Re-centering,
We can remind ourselves what it means to see again.
Make yourself comfortable,
Either in a sitting down position or lying down,
And bring to mind what it is you intend to receive.
You intend to receive love,
Love in its purest form.
Now whether you're sitting down or lying down,
I want you to take a deep inhale in through the nose,
Expanding our bellies and out.
Bring to your mind's eye a place in your chest that you want to direct this love and visualize a color.
Visualize a pure white light that you want to activate in your chest.
Take another deep breath in.
Set an intention out,
God,
Source,
Creator.
Activate within me your inner love energy.
Deep breath in and out.
I set the intention for God to send me love directly from source.
God,
Please send me love,
Unconditional love,
Straight from the universe.
Keep breathing in and out.
I set the intention to turn on and activate this inner divine love that is always available to me.
People believe that God's kingdom is a faraway destination that's only accessible once we die.
Nothing can be further from the truth.
This is an illusion.
God's love is here.
It's here,
It's now.
People forgot to turn inward to feel it.
When we activate God's inner love,
Divine love within ourselves and turn on our inner divinity that connects into him,
We experience his kingdom here and now.
We experience his divine love and peace here in this moment.
The kingdom becomes alive in us.
We are walking anchors of God's divine love.
God wants us to feel this love now.
Why wait?
Why wait until it's our time to be called back home?
When we can turn on this inner kingdom and live our lives in love and peace.

Please activate within me a pure white light.
Pure white light energy of the highest energetic form.
The highest frequency,
The highest,
Most potent energy in this universe is God.
And God is pure love.
God is pure love and he wants to wrap all around us 24 seven.
I activate inner love.
I activate the divine love that has always been within me.
Visualize the white light growing bigger and larger in your chest.
Bring to mind that feeling of love.
So many times we hear people say love and to love other people,
But what does it mean to love?
What does it feel like?
God's love is pure.
It is strong and potent and peaceful.
It means to forgive.
Forgive other people.
It means to surrender your hurt.
Surrender and release your pain to him.
There is no pain in perfect love.
Release your grudges.
Feel compassion and empathy for other people.
Treat everyone as if they were your loved one.
Forgive them.
Bless them.
Wish them well.
Send other people well wishes.
God's love is pure,
Unconditional peace.
It's in knowing that God has each of us in his hands and each of us has a plan.
It's fully surrendering fear.
Fear cannot exist where perfect love resides.
God's love is so potent.
It eradicates fear.
Fear dissipates in its mist.
It can't exist anymore.
God,
I ask you to send me pure,
Unconditional,
Divine love from source.
Please send me love directly from the universe.
Activate inner love energy in me.
Purifying,
Pure,
Divine white light.
Surround me in this light.
God,
Please wrap me in a blanket of your pure,
Divine love.
Picture a white,
Bright light fully encompassing you now.
It surrounds you and wraps around you and keeps you warm.
This pure,
Divine light is protecting you.
It's protecting you always,
So there's no need to fear.
God,
Please activate this pure,
Divine light and turn on my inner divinity that connects me to you.
Make me a temple of your peace.
A temple the Holy Spirit and your energy can reside.
Take a couple more deep breaths.
Keep visualizing that white,
Bright light growing larger and larger.
One last intention.
God,
Please make me a conduit.
A conduit for your divine healing love.
Make me a conduit,
A vessel.
I am a vessel on this earth for your love to pour into.
And I set the intention that that love comes directly from source and is so overflowing in me,
There's an outpouring of love.
An outpouring of love that I share that flows onto others.
God,
Thank you for hearing my intentions.
Thank you for taking this time to activate my inner love,
My inner divine love.
The more I spend time activating this inner divine love,
The closer I get to you.
And where God is,
There is perfect peace.
Take another deep breath.
And throughout your day,
In moments of difficulty or frustration,
Bring to mind that God's love is working within you.
Picture that pure white light growing and expanding in your chest whenever you need to.
You can take this feeling with you for the rest of the day.
It is with you always.
Slowly wiggle your toes,
Shrug your shoulders.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and return to being.
Know that you can take this feeling of love with you wherever you go.
