You may wish to wear an eye mask or dim the lights to help you enter more deeply into stillness. And begin by closing your eyes and gently arriving in this space. And as you settle, See if you can bring a quality of particular gentleness to this moment. You have spent a great deal of your life managing the intensity of your own inner world. Calibrating yourself to environments that were not always built for someone like you. And carrying far more than most people will ever know you carry and you were allowed to set that down here. Take three slow, Spacious breaths. In through your nose and out through your mouth. And with each breath allow something to soften. Your shoulders, Your jaw even the teeny tiny space between your toes. And let your breath return to its own natural rhythm, Soft and effortless. Allow yourself to settle into the sacred space we're creating together. And I ask that the full vibration, Magic and gift of future medicine flow through me and the land beneath my feet.
