Welcome to episode 55 on the healing chamber meditation.
Now let's gently take our awareness into the space that we are in.
Take a couple of deep breaths.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
As we inhale,
Intend to breathe in the light from all around us into our physical body.
As we exhale,
Intend to release all negative lower dense energies taken on for others or from others throughout the day or night.
Inhaling the light,
Exhaling the density.
As your body and mind gradually quietens down,
You may inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose as you relax into this meditation.
I call upon your masters of light,
Akashic masters,
Archangels,
Angels,
Spirit guides,
Higher self,
Over soul and all pure light beings who would like to assist us in this transmission to gather around us now and to guide us for this session.
I call upon the four great archangels,
Archangel Michael,
Archangel Rafael,
Archangel Gabriel and archangel Uriel to stand in four corners of your space to hold,
Ground and protect your space.
As we invite in your masters and guides to your space,
Notice the subtle shift in energies and vibrations within and around you.
Notice any tingling sensation in the skin or any movements of energy within and around you.
Pause and observe.
Now let's intend to connect to the central sun in the heavens above.
See in your mind's eye the warm gold rays of the central sun and intend to connect with it now.
Allow the gold rays to slowly descend downwards,
Touching your crown chakra.
Allow the warm gold rays to flow down your third eye chakra,
Your throat chakra,
Moving down into your heart chakra,
Down your solar plexus chakra or the abdominal region,
Down your sacral chakra,
Down your root chakra,
Then flowing down your legs,
Your calf muscles and soles of feet.
Intend for the gold rays to go all the way down like a huge beam of light to connect to the centre of Mother Earth.
See in your mind's eye a red ball of light pulsing in the heart centre of Mother Earth.
Intend for the gold light to loop around the red ball three times,
Anchoring the gold light deeply into the heart of Mother Earth.
As you breathe,
Intend for the gold light to expand around you,
Creating a huge beam of gold light of six feet radius all around you.
In front of you,
Behind you,
To the left,
To the right,
Above and below you.
Breathe and invite the gold light into your four bodies and auric fuse now.
As you connect with the gold light all around you,
Feel and sense Mother Earth's energies reciprocating her love for you as she gently moves up from her heart centre to the soles of your feet,
Washing your feet in crystalline white light,
Then moving up your legs,
Your root chakra,
Washing your lower body with white light,
Then moving up to your sacral chakra,
Your solar plexus chakra or the abdominal region,
Moving up your heart chakra,
Your throat chakra,
Your third eye chakra,
And finally moving up to the crown of your head.
Intend for the crystalline white light of Mother Earth to continue to move upwards,
Above the crown of your head,
Higher and higher,
Higher and higher,
To connect to the central sun in the heavens above.
Allow this interplay of the gold rays of light from the central sun and the white rays of light from Mother Earth to take place naturally,
As the cycle continues with the gold light descending from the central sun to your head,
Moving down your body,
Going down into Mother Earth,
And then,
With Mother Earth's white light ascending to the soles of your feet,
Moving up your body and connecting with the central sun.
As you breathe,
Allow the cycle to repeat,
Gold light moving down the body,
White light moving up the body,
Washing your entire body with gold light and white light.
Enjoy this interplay of gold light and white light moving down and up your body.
Take your time,
Do it slowly and mindfully.
You may take a few breaths or one breath to draw down the gold light or to move up the white light.
Just do whatever feels good for you and you may slowly do your last cycle.
As you pause and rest here,
Observe how you're feeling right now.
Observe how your heart feels,
How your mind feels,
How your body feels.
Observe how each breath feels to you right now.
See in your mind's eye the huge beam of light that you have created to connect you to the central sun above.
As we slowly count from 1 to 10,
Intend to bring your consciousness to your temple of healing residing in the cosmos above.
With each counting,
Feel your body floating upwards,
Getting lighter and lighter,
Going higher and higher.

Surrender and float.

Feel yourself floating higher,
Away from your physical body.

Moving upwards,
Following the huge beam of light.

Lighter and lighter.

Feel yourself standing at the doorway of an opening that leads you to your temple of healing.

Feel yourself standing on a solid ground.
Feel the vastness of the space opening up to you.
Look down to your feet.
Notice how the ground looks and feels like.

Walk forward.
Feel your body effortlessly gliding through the vast space as you continue to move forward and approach the entrance of your temple of healing.

Pause at the entrance.
Observe how your temple of healing looks like on the exterior.

How does your temple of healing look like?
What is the structure or building that appears to you?
14.
What materials is it made of?
Is it made of concrete,
Bricks,
Wood,
Stone,
Precious metals,
Crystals or some other material?
15.
What are the colours?
Is there any gate or door at the entrance?
And if so,
What is it made of?
16.
Are there any guardians looking after your temple of healing?
And if so,
Who are they?
17.
Walk past the entrance of your temple of healing and it leads you to a long hallway.
18.
A hallway that leads you directly to the innermost compound of the temple of healing where your healing chamber resides.
19.
Allow yourself to walk down the long hallway and move deeper inwards.
20.
Finally,
You reached the innermost compound of your temple of healing.
21.
From there,
You enter your healing chamber.
A room with walls all around with a huge bed in the middle.

Notice how the bed looks like to you.
What is the material and design of the bed?

Now simply walk up to the bed,
Pull over the blankets if any and rest.
Prepare yourself for sleep.

As you rest on your bed,
We call in your Masters of Light,
Akashic Masters,
Archangels,
Angels,
Spirit Guides,
Higher Self,
Oversold and all pure Light beings who would like to assist you in this healing to surround you in a circle of oneness,
Love and light.

Feel them gathering around you and projecting their healing energies onto you,
Receiving all that you need and that is perfect for you at this moment of your soul's journey right now.

Take deep breaths.
In through the nose,
Out through the nose.
Simply breathe and relax.
Feel all the stress and tension in your body melting away,
Releasing all negative lower dense energies,
Emotions,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Energy imprints,
Karmic imprints,
Cords and attachments taken on for others or from others,
Whether known or unknown to you,
Which no longer serve you.

Allow all this to be released and transmuted by your Masters and Guides surrounding you,
Surrendering it all to them now.

Feel and sense the density leaving all parts of your body.
As the density leaves,
Allow your Masters and Guides to infuse light into your body,
To fill the empty spaces left behind.

Rose quartz symbolizes unconditional love.
Many wearers of rose quartz will attest to its gentle loving energies,
Which are so soothing,
Especially for people healing from emotional trauma and heartbreak.

We invite in the energies of rose quartz into your healing chamber.

Feel and sense the gentle loving energies of rose quartz moving into your physical body,
All muscles,
Cells,
Tissues,
Organs,
Systems,
Glands,
Bones and blood of your being.

Infusing your entire being with the frequencies of unconditional love present in the rose quartz.

Bathing your entire being with unconditional love,
Also known as the love from God or source or creator or divine.

There is no need to grasp onto them.

See or sense prayer night fueling up every inch of the walls and the bed,
Connecting to the crystal consciousness of prayer night.

Prayer night is a green crystal that helps with healing.

Intent for the healing frequencies of prayer night crystal to be sent to your physical body,
Including all muscles,
Cells,
Tissues,
Organs,
Systems,
Glands,
Bones and blood of your being.

Allow the healing frequencies of prayer night crystal to be sent to your emotional and mental bodies now.

At times you may feel tired.
You may need a break or rest.

We are not super humans.
It is all right to take a break and rest from time to time.

Intent to release all physical pain,
Aches,
Tension and discomfort from your body.

Allow for healing to be sent to any sickness that you have been holding on for a long time.
Allow the healing to be sent to any part of the body that needs it,
Whether you are aware of it or not.
Breathe and receive.

Allow for healing to be sent to your physical body.

Next we call upon Archangel Raphael and healing angels of light to step forth and surround you in the innermost circle around your bed.

Archangel Raphael raises his wand and projects green rays of healing light into your being,
Deepening the healing.

At this moment,
You may sense some tension,
Tightness,
Numbness,
Physical pain or ache in certain parts of your body.
For example,
The head,
Eyes,
Shoulders,
Upper back,
Lower back,
Hips or any part of your body.

Do not resist.
Simply breathe into that part of the body,
Surrender and relax.

Invite in the healing energies from Archangel Raphael,
Healing angels of light and the crystal of prayer night to be infused into all levels of your being.

Trust that the healing will take place and unfold in the level of intensity that you need right now and at the most divine timing.

Connecting to the crystal consciousness of clear quartz.

With the clear quartz surrounding you,

We call back all your personal power,
Energy and soul parts where you may have given away or taken away from you or stuck in time and space or leaked out.

Lifetimes,

Space and cosmos,
To gently return to you now.

See few or sense all parts of yourself coming back to merge with you now.

Note that these are all parts of you that make you who you are.

Accept and embrace all parts of yourself that return to you at this point with love.

Intend for the clear quartz to infuse light of the highest vibration and frequency to all levels of your being.

Four bodies and auric fields,
With pure and high vibrations of light,

You may see or sense yourself getting brighter and brighter,
Or the light that is surrounding you getting brighter and brighter,
Allowing the last wave of density that needs to leave to leave now.

As the healing ceases and comes to a pause,
We invite your masters and guides to remove the energies of clear quartz and to cleanse all denser energies from the healing chamber now.

See the walls and bed of your healing chamber returning to its original state when you first stepped in,
Thanking your masters and guides for their assistance.

When you are ready,
Sit up from your bed and take your time to walk out of your healing chamber.

See yourself walking past the long hallway where you came from.
100.
See yourself stepping out into the entrance of your temple of healing once more,
Waving it goodbye.
You can always return to your healing chamber any time you need it.
As you make your way through the vast space and into the beam of light in front of you,
You begin to descend to where you came from at a count from 10 to 1.

Take your energies fully back to your physical body.
Feel your soles of feet,
Wriggle your toes,
Feel your palms,
Wriggle your fingers.
9.
Gently move your head from right to left,
Left to right,
Back to the middle.
Take two more deep breaths before you gently open your eyes.
