Anirudh( Aru) Rusia

Aru is a poet ,philosopher ,writer and a physician .But above all a fellow human explorer. He was raised up in New Delhi , India . Completed his medical school and moved into the United States in his mid 20’s . He then completed an additional 3 yrs training in medicine . Aru was always interested in philosophy and started writing poems at a young age but it was his interest in meditation that peaked up as he was struggling to find his footing in this new country . Now after 15 yrs of practicing meditation and writing poetry , as a form communication and creativity , he finds these two practices to be very powerful and transformative specially when coupled together . This is what he is here to share . He hopes to upload his poems weekly to maintain a steady flow of his poems read out by him to share his experiences.
