Surrender and Letting Go Into Love

A guided journey to completely let go and bathe in the Presence of Divine Love. Relax into this meditation and soften into a sense of peace, stillness and radiant love. Gentle, soothing and uplifting.

Many,

Many blessings and welcome to this meditation on bathing in the ocean of love.

That sounds nice.

And surrendering and letting go.

Something that we don't always take the time to do in our very busy lives.

And so an opportunity to pause and just take a little bit of time to renew ourselves,

Renew our minds and renew our hearts.

So making sure you're comfortable.

And just beginning by taking a really deep,

Relaxing breath in.

And on your exhale,

Let it be just like a wave of peace that's washing over you.

And just cleansing and purifying as this wave washes over you on each exhale.

Each inhale,

Taking nice,

Deep,

Relaxing breaths in.

And each exhale,

Letting it be like a wave of peace.

And as this wave of peace washes over you,

You just soften.

Your head and forehead soften.

Your neck softens.

Your chest.

Your belly.

Your arms and your legs.

And you just begin to draw your energy inside.

As your attention and your focus and your awareness become centered on the inner being,

Away from the attention on the details,

The endless details of daily life and your energy and awareness returning to the core of your experience,

To the core of who you are.

And so you take your time with this as if your heart is this magnet that's just bringing back your awareness and your attention away from places outside and back home.

Back home to yourself.

You might even find placing your hand on your heart helps you feel that return of energy,

That focus inside.

As stress and worry,

Anxiety,

Fears,

Anything just starts to dissipate.

As this warm glowing light begins to glow from your heart and any of these other energies,

These discordant,

Fearful ways of the ego mind are just kind of burnt up,

Evaporated in the warmth of this inner glow.

This inner glow within you that's naturally there.

A silent,

Loving energy of peace.

And that inner glow becomes brighter and brighter.

As you continue this release,

This letting go,

This coming inside.

And a relief comes over the self as the weights and the worries are released.

And a sweet innocence,

A sweet stillness just washes over you.

As the silent power of this inner light continues to emanate,

To glow.

And we begin to bring our attention by our intention to that supreme light,

To the spiritual sun,

To the higher power.

A very natural relationship,

Just like turning your face towards the sunlight.

An invisible sunlight,

Yet a very familiar light,

A being.

That is the source.

That is the loving guide.

That is the loving parent,

The one.

And as you turn your inner heart and face to this being that's just there,

Unconditionally loving you all the time,

Patient for any time that you choose to turn your face that direction.

So that that one may fill you and renew you and shower light and pure love upon you.

And it's as if you're in a shower of love in the form of light that you can just feel and perceive coming and nourishing your being,

Filling you in all the right places.

Filling the heart with pure love.

And you feel and you're aware that there's an opening to let go,

To surrender,

To release.

Anything.

Just like a shower might wash off dirt and things from the body that aren't needed,

This shower of light,

Of love can wash away anything in the same way from the soul.

So you just continue taking this shower and letting yourself soften and relax and be absorbed in this energy field of love.

A safe space to let go and to surrender,

To release,

To become free.

And you find you don't even need to know what it is you're letting go of.

When you're taking a physical shower,

You don't really need to know,

You know,

Exactly what's being cleaned off the body.

So you can just stay in this space of trust and simply of connection,

Of remembering this presence,

This love and knowing that this one knows and can cleanse and heal anything that's needed.

Simply with your intention and your willingness to let go and be absorbed in this love.

A deep bond between the soul and the supreme soul.

Unlike any human connection,

A love so familiar,

A safety so complete,

And a restfulness so deep.

The permeating awareness that all is well,

All is okay.

The awareness that I,

The self,

The soul,

Am loved,

Am cherished,

Am held.

And how fortunate I am to be remembering this connection in a world and time period when so many of my brothers and sisters have forgotten or are confused and feeling disconnected.

A feeling I too know very well and just feeling grateful for this moment,

For this experience of divine love.

And whether you feel you're bathing in this ocean of love,

This one's energy,

Or taking a shower in this love,

Or basking in the rays of this light,

All of your experience,

All of your life,

Is unique,

Is perfect,

And is whole.

Blessings.

Bathing in a sweet silence.

A space of deep letting go.

Of deep remembering.

And if there is anything that intuitively arises in the mind as a question for your parent,

For your beloved,

You can let that emerge.

Asking that one in this silent,

Quiet space.

Letting go and very naturally intuiting that one's response.

Whether in words or a feeling or simply a knowingness.

It can be so rare that we take the time,

Give ourselves permission to just be in this space,

In this heart thrown of the beloved.

And yet,

It is so clear that this is the most important and powerful place to be.

In a world that has forgotten,

I,

The self,

The soul,

Rest in the heart thrown of my beloved,

The one who belongs to me and the one to whom I belong.

I remember this place.

As the heart of my home and my greatest love.

A place to renew,

Recharge,

And be held.

In the realm of this heart thrown of the one.

Of the one.

In the abode of silence.

I feel I know myself.

Beyond words,

Feelings,

Even thoughts.

Just an awareness.

And an experience of pulsing love.

Like waves of energy.

Greater than a feeling.

An allness,

A wholeness.

As this is who I am.

A being of love.

A child of the ocean of love.

A child of the one who is ever peaceful,

Ever blissful.

The ocean of knowledge.

The ocean of purity.

The Lord of truth.

And I am a child of this one.

Completely safe.

Secure.

Held.

And loved.

Beyond all time and space.

Name.

And form.

History and time period.

I am loved.

I am love.

And I enjoy feeling and experiencing my natural,

Innate state.

And I am able to bring that love,

That remembrance,

Into the material world.

Like a lighthouse.

Emanating,

Pulsating,

Shining light in all directions.

And I become aware.

I have a special role to play in the drama of life.

As I am a helper of the supreme.

In returning light and truth and peace to this world.

My light shines in all directions.

Infinite in my connection with the supreme.

Able to heal and transform.

To bless.

And give.

To all of life.

Transforming.

And enlightening the atmosphere.

With the power of pure love.

And as I prepare to bring myself back into the world of form.

I am aware of this lighthouse that is my being.

In the center of my forehead.

Shining light in all directions.

An instrument for the one.

The supreme.

And I keep that connection.

I let it nourish my heart.

And any time there is a forgetting,

I start to create this practice of remembering.

Of returning.

As I realize and remember my true priorities in life.

The greater picture of bringing light to this world.

And contributing in the ways that I do.
