Many blessings and welcome to this short guided meditation on releasing any stress,
Tension,
Anxiety completely.
So let's start by just taking a few breaths,
Consciously relaxing your body and your mind.
On each exhale feel as though you are melting away tension,
Softening into an ocean of peace.
And breathing deeply in this way,
Inhaling fully and as you exhale softening any tension.
And on your next few breaths as you exhale consciously letting go of anything that's been worrying or it's stress on your mind,
Just breathing it out and seeing the energy dissipate.
It's as though you're coming back to this place of peace,
Of neutrality,
Equanimity,
Releasing any extra energy charge as you come in to the stillness and grace of yourself,
The soul.
Naturally you are this endless stream of peace,
Pure consciousness,
Pure love.
So allowing yourself to be in that original eternal state.
Completely relaxed,
Completely in touch with the natural peace within you as all the other negative fragmented energy is released and it's just I,
The peaceful soul,
The being of love,
The being of light.
Where I am radiant peace,
Peace emanates from my being completely.
And there is so much peace emanating from your being that anything else that comes into your life will be met with that peace and that peace is more powerful than any other energy.
So as anything else arises you meet it with this very powerful spiritual peace,
The core of your being and whatever it is will come right as you emanate your true natural state of consciousness.
So taking this feeling of peace with you into your day or evening and remembering releasing tension,
Stress and anxiety is just a few breaths away,
A few moments of remembering your true nature and allowing that powerful peace to flow.
