I liked it, different from a lot of meditations in that you're focusing on the soul and not the body.

This meditation gave me peace and love. It helped me to just be quiet and slow down my thoughts so tat I could start my day filled with joy and light.

I felt a bit uncomfortable at the mentions of the "divine", "higher power", "source", etc., but I don't fault the narrator for that and I understand how others may find that helpful. Her voice was very calming. Just thought others may want that warning.

I love that for a space of time after your meditation there is nothing going on in my mind. Just emptied out. Thank you. 🙏

Two extra girls on a sleepover, and this meditation finally got them to sleep. Magic.

So calming and peaceful. I find I am able to transition into just being a soul very easily and it's a very blissful place to be. Only done this a few times and I hope to come back as and when I need to.
