Welcome to this guided meditation on resurrection.
How to rise into the light,
How to elevate your consciousness.
Darkness is merely an absence of light and it's an invitation,
A pull for us to return to the fullness of our light,
The fullness of our presence,
The fullness of our love here.
So just begin by breathing deeply,
Relaxing,
Centering yourself.
And as you breathe,
Just feel your shoulders relax,
Feel yourself melt away any tension,
Any stress.
And feel yourself come inside,
Becoming very aware of your inner light,
The light,
The being,
The presence,
Who you are,
Shining from behind your eyes,
This glowing,
Radiant being of love,
Who you are,
True presence,
True being of peace and shining that true essence of your being out through your eyes and radiating your light through your heart,
Through your mind.
And as you do so,
You might already feel yourself rising and whatever's going on in your life,
Even those dark areas.
Notice how as you rise into your true state of consciousness,
Every aspect of your life energetically is rising with you into the light.
So as you elevate into your divine presence,
All of the problems,
Challenges,
Darkness is also coming into the light of your presence,
Your true presence.
And in addition to this,
You're feeling yourself pulled,
Pulled upwards by the supreme,
The divine,
The highest one.
So you're rising in yourself and you're also feeling yourself being pulled into the great light,
Into the presence of God,
The presence of the divine.
Like that one is a magnet who is pulling you,
Pulling you into the light of love,
Peace,
Purity.
And as you rise and as you're pulled,
Any and all darkness is also rising and being transformed,
Resurrected in the light.
So it's all coming with you and it's all being purified so that it is no longer darkness,
But it's become light.
And you're receiving any of the gifts,
Any of the lessons,
Any of the blessings and the learnings that that darkness had contained.
And it's as though it's being opened,
Unlocked for you to receive all of the gifts as you rise into the light.
And just for the next few moments,
Feel yourself immersed in the light,
Surrounded in the light,
Enveloped fully and completely releasing any and all burdens from your heart and mind into this divine presence of light,
Offering it all up so that there is light and only light.
And you are experiencing the presence of divinity,
Your own divine nature and the presence of the one,
The divine.
And for a few more moments,
Really ground in this vibration,
This place of rising into the light of yourself and into the light of the one.
And fully receiving,
Fully receiving the light of spiritual renewal,
Revitalization.
And as you receive,
You also emanate that light into our world.
Taking a deep breath to receive the light and as you exhale,
Integrate this knowingness in your being,
A place you can come back to,
Return to again and again.
Continue to bring all aspects of yourself and your life into the light and into the hands of the divine.
