Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on deep letting go and releasing.
Breathing by settling in and breathing deeply.
Letting each exhale be a complete softening of your body and your mind.
As you come into a space of relaxation with the intention of letting go,
The intention of releasing.
And just for this time,
Giving your mind permission to completely let go of everything and remind your mind that you can pick up all of the things it wants to think about after this meditation.
But for right now,
You don't have to be anywhere and you don't have to do anything.
It's simply a time to be present and to be open to the life-changing healing of letting go.
The life heaven is your life.
As you soften,
Feel what it feels like to release tension.
To let go of the grip as if your whole body and mind are clenching and holding and you simply open your palm and let go.
Release.
Relax.
Your entire body relax and your entire mind relax.
As you finally are giving yourself permission to just let go.
Feeling the peace and serenity of giving your mind permission to relax and the joy of these moments of no longer holding on so tight but instead releasing,
Letting go and feeling the innate peace and ease and love of your core inner being,
Your true self.
The light of the self,
The soul is peace.
Feeling the bliss,
The lightness of fully allowing yourself to let go,
To be in the spaciousness of your true self and to rest in that peace.
As though your whole being becomes like water,
With no possibility of gripping or tensing,
But simply the fluidity of your being,
The softness and spaciousness.
Feeling your innate divinity and your direct connection to the divine,
The source,
The one.
With nothing to hold onto or grip to in the physical world,
You find yourself in the utmost peace,
Stillness and grace,
A light with the peace of your true nature.
And you decide for the rest of the day to continue allowing yourself to let go,
Release,
Be completely at peace with yourself and life,
To allow the lightness of yourself,
The soul,
To wash over you,
Remove any tension and allow you to experience the spaciousness,
The lightness,
The complete relaxation of your innate nature.
You are peace.
You are loved.
You belong.
And you are blessed.
And even as you go about your daily life,
You remember this innate knowing within you of how to let go,
How to release,
How to be at peace.
It's something you knew before you were born.
It's something you'll always know,
Not something you need to learn,
But something that is innately true within you.
Releasing and letting go become easy,
Natural,
And you know you can always do this.
As you go into your activities,
You maintain your peace,
Your center,
And your ability to release.
You let go,
And by doing so,
You open yourself to your own most beautiful,
Magical,
And blessed life.
