Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation for grounding,
Feeling a deep,
Supportive connection to the earth,
Feeling held and settled in your being connected to the divine.
So we'll begin with a breath,
Taking deep,
Long,
Nourishing breaths,
Breathing into your belly,
Beginning to soften tension in your body.
Feeling tension in your head,
Noticing where there's stress,
Tension,
And releasing it.
Allowing it to drain out.
Bringing your awareness to your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your upper back,
And softening,
Feeling tension,
Relaxing.
And bringing your awareness to your belly,
Softening,
Relaxing.
To your lower back and your hips,
Soften and relax.
Relaxing your thighs and your legs.
Feeling all tension,
Stress,
Releasing.
And relaxing your feet.
Feeling this wave of softening washing over your whole body,
Your whole being,
As tension is released.
And you feel your energy settling,
Finding a relaxed home in your body on this earth.
Letting yourself really arrive and drop in to your physical body and feeling the presence,
The support of the ground,
The earth.
And saying,
I am here.
Feel being embodied.
Feel the air of the nurturing vibrations coming from Mother Earth and all of the beauty of nature.
And allowing yourself to feel how grounded,
Present.
I am here.
Your mind and brain are able to relax as your energy settles in your body.
Aware of your heart and aware of the earth,
The ground.
And feeling the awareness,
It is safe.
It is safe to be here now.
Feeling yourself cradled and held by this earth in this physical world.
Completely held in spiritual light,
The spiritual light of your spiritual companion,
Divine.
And fully here embodied and present,
Grounded in your body in this world.
You are in this world,
Not of it yet here.
And for the next few moments,
Allow your spiritual love and light to flow.
Aware of your spiritual nature and consciously bringing that divine energy into your body,
All the way to your fingertips and your toes.
Love is flowing.
And into the earth,
Into this world.
Take a few moments to feel these spiritual vibrations flowing through you and blessing our earth.
Because you are this embodied bridge of the heavens and the earth,
Spiritual and physical.
Take a few more breaths in this place.
And bring this grounded feeling,
This divine grounded feeling.
With you into your every moment.
As much as you can remember to soften,
To ground,
To remember your divine nature as a spiritual being here on earth.
