Beginning by taking several breaths.
And as you exhale,
Relaxing,
Softening,
Melting tension.
Feeling as though every worry,
Every stress,
Every burden now is melting away.
Emptying your mind,
Emptying your heart.
And allowing your nervous system to completely relax.
And beginning to bring your attention inside.
Upon the stillness and the quiet.
Underneath all of the noise of life.
There is this stillness backdrop of silence from which we can hear even our own thoughts.
Take a few moments to listen into the silence feel.
And come into the quiet.
Of your own being.
In the quiet.
You can rest.
Surrounded and enveloped by the presence of love.
Taking a break from all of the activity of life.
To rest in the arms of love.
The stillness of your heart.
It's in this stillness that wisdom is born.

A deeper knowing can emerge.
And we can remember.

In the presence of love.

It only takes a few moments to access this place.
This oasis of peace.
We might travel all over the world to find peace.
And yet we can take a few minutes.
To come inside.
And remember.
This place of stillness,
Of love,
Of silence.
Where we are already held.
