Many blessings and welcome to this meditation on deep peace.
In our world today there is so much noise,
So many ideas,
So much talking,
So much happening.
So this time and this meditation is about going into the silence and the peace of presence.
So we'll start by completely relaxing.
Bringing awareness to your body and notice where you're holding any tension.
And softening,
Relaxing,
Melting.
And allowing yourself to settle into the silence.
That there is a deep reservoir of peace for you to bathe in.
And you feel yourself completely softening and surrendering.
Surrendering into this place of presence.
And as you surrender and relax and soften,
Just really feeling can this silence and presence be enough?
And you feel yourself immersed in this sea of peace.
And in this place of silence and stillness.
There is a fullness of presence.
The nature of the self,
The soul is silenced.
And it's as though you're taking time away from the movie of life.
And just simply being in presence,
In silence.
And coming to that deeper feeling that it is enough.
And the fullness of this inner space envelops you.
You feel the presence of God.
And the more and the more you center yourself in this silence,
In this presence,
The more you become comfortable with this space.
The more you're able to bring a very unshakable sense of peace into your life.
May the light of the divine be upon you.
And may you bring this deep feeling of silence and peace into your life.
Realizing that it is enough.
It is more than enough.
And everything you've ever wanted,
All of the peace,
All of the love,
All of the connection is merged in this silence.
And the only place to really receive that is by coming into presence,
Awareness,
Silence,
And connection to the One.
