Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with God,
With the divine,
The beloved,
The purifier.
Breathing and centering yourself in your spiritual core.
Stabilizing in the awareness of yourself as a soul,
Unlimited,
Divine.
That you are the soul,
The presence resting behind your eyes,
Listening through your ears and experiencing life through your body.
Breathing into this awareness of yourself as a spiritual being.
Full of love,
Full of peace,
Purity and light.
And noticing the lightness,
The joy,
The bliss that comes in recognizing and being aware of your true divine self,
Completely free,
Completely light,
Overflowing with love.
Tuning into what it feels like to be completely free and liberated.
And while in this life,
And aware of your connection to the one,
To God.
The purifier,
The benevolent one,
The supremely beloved.
And feeling yourself,
The soul,
Connecting with your beloved,
With the divine.
Just a thought away,
Bringing your mind's attention and awareness to God.
The supreme soul,
The one.
The comforter of hearts.
The ocean of love.
And in this connection,
Experiencing the showers of light in your relationship with this highest being.
Shower of light of peace of love.
Feeling this direct connection between you and that one.
You the soul connecting with God the supreme soul.
And this current of loving light flowing between you and that being.
Purifying your mind,
Your heart,
Your body,
Your being.
Filling me with bliss and peace.
As though you are lifted beyond this world.
Beyond this world but not of it.
Completely merged in the heart of God.
Taking a few more breaths in this divine union.
Receiving spiritual energy recharging the battery of your soul.
And filling with the love of the Comforter of Hearts.
The companion of your heart.
Beloved of all souls.
Grounding in the vibration of this connection into your heart and mind.
A relationship,
A connection,
A union.
To be with as much as possible.
To receive spiritual nourishment,
Connection,
Support,
Love,
Help,
Transformation,
Purification.
While in this world,
While in this body,
And while in this very powerful time of transformation.
