Namaste and many,
Many blessings.
And welcome to this very short guided meditation on breathing in light and letting go of all negativity.
This is a great meditation to do midday when you just need to reset,
Let go of things that are weighing on you and breathe in fresh,
New light and spiritual energy.
So we'll just begin by taking three deep breaths.
And just letting these be the deepest breaths you've taken so far today,
Completely filling yourself with new energy.
And on each exhale,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Releasing more.
And we're just going to start our practice of breathing in light and letting go by connecting to the core of our own being and finding that place of peace,
Of love within us.
No matter what else is going on,
Just finding that stable place deep,
Deep,
Deep inside you.
And we're now just going to take a moment to connect with the higher power,
Supreme light.
And by doing so,
Just becoming aware of the presence of this being of love,
This being of peace,
This source of light,
Love,
Peace,
Power,
Purity.
Letting the energy of the divine wash over you like a loving blanket of peace.
Warmth and comfort.
And we're just going to start the practice by breathing in this being's light.
As you take in and inhale,
You're breathing in light.
And each time you exhale,
You're letting go completely of anything toxic,
Any negativity,
Any gunk.
You're able to let go with each exhale.
With each inhale,
Breathing in divine light,
Filling yourself with peace.
And on each exhale,
Softening,
Letting go and releasing anything toxic.
Whether it's some thoughts or feelings or belief systems,
Whatever it is,
Breathing in light,
Breathing in peace,
Breathing in love and breathing out any negativity.
And as you exhale,
You're letting go completely of anything toxic.
And just feeling yourself being bathed in golden light and being completely cleansed and cleared and able to release anything needed.
So that every breath is used in the most worthwhile way,
Breathing in light,
Breathing out darkness,
Negativity,
Naturally connected to the divine.
And it's a practice that you can now take back into your day every breath,
Breathing in light.
Breathing out stagnation,
Negative energy,
Anything needed.
So it becomes a way of being,
A way of constantly renewing and recharging yourself.
No matter what situation or circumstances you're in,
It's something you can do.
You're always breathing.
And so you bring your mind's attention to breathing in the powerful,
Potent light of the divine and breathing out anything negative.
Gotcha.

You have this easy technique that you can continue doing and continue to come back to breathing in light,
Breathing out negativity,
Surrounded by the loving company of the divine,
