Many blessings and welcome So today we're going to go into the experience of feeling full of light full of every attainment and let's begin with the breath taking deep and full breaths in,
Pausing and then completely exhaling deeply and fully allowing your entire body and mind to relax and as you breathe becoming aware of your breath like the waves of the ocean as you breathe in deeply,
Fully,
The wave comes in,
Gentle pause and as you breathe out,
The wave goes back and you completely relax,
Soften and unwind on each exhale and as you breathe deeply and fully this oceanic calm breath on each exhale,
Begin to allow the limited layers of your identity to fade your body,
Your role,
Your personality,
Your appearance,
Your relationships,
Your work all of these functions of your physical life just giving yourself some space,
Some distance from it all to come back into the awareness of your eternal self as the being of consciousness,
Light and peace and notice with each in-breath,
This feeling of yourself as light is increasing as you breathe in and then as you breathe out,
You're allowing the grip of your limited physical identity to fade just as when we go to sleep every night,
We ultimately let go,
We surrender,
We detach ourselves from our physical identity and as you breathe in,
The feeling,
The knowing,
The awareness of yourself as light shining from your forehead is increasing,
Glowing so you feel it's like you are the sun of light shining and the radiance of yourself continues to expand as you bring awareness to yourself as this sun,
Spiritual light shining from your forehead,
Shining out your eyes and beginning to feel yourself overflowing with light,
All attainments,
All purity,
All light,
All truth,
All love,
Power,
Peace and bliss feeling yourself very light,
Like you're floating in golden light resting in your original nature,
Experiencing your divine self,
Your true self so full and so light and from this place,
Becoming aware of your connection to the great light,
God,
The one,
The divine,
The supreme,
That highest being whatever name you bring to that highest one,
Who is like the greatest sun,
Unlimited,
Overflowing with every positive virtue,
Quality of being and just bask in the rays of this divine,
Spiritual sun and feel yourself becoming even more full,
Opening your heart and opening your mind to receive as much as you can of this glorious,
Spiritual,
Divine energy flooding into your heart and mind breathed in light and every blessing,
All attainments and these moments,
Just experiencing yourself full of all light,
All attainment,
All peace and you're so full that you feel complete,
There's nowhere to go,
Nothing to do,
You're just basking in the fullness of your own being and in the fullness of your union with the divine,
Nothing to want,
Nothing to need,
Completely and entirely full of light God,
The one,
The greatest sun,
The supreme,
The supreme,
That highest being and for these next moments,
As you're feeling overflowing,
Full,
Light,
Power,
Bliss,
Love now bestowing that light,
Those blessings and love upon all beings,
All of life with the intention of your heart and mind sending powerful,
Beautiful,
Healing energy to all the souls of the world feeling yourself as a lighthouse,
Ever full,
Ever connected to the one,
The source,
And flowing with healing,
Blessed,
Loving energy God,
The one,
The greatest sun,
The supreme,
The supreme,
That highest being and for these next moments,
As you're feeling overflowing,
Full,
Light,
Power,
Bliss,
Love music having the intuitive feeling that this energy pouring from you as blessings is reaching exactly where it needs to so the spiritual light you're receiving from the one is going where it needs to within you and then as you give and bless,
That energy and love is going where it needs to so you are a channel of light,
A lighthouse and might house,
An instrument of peace in the world just bask in that experience of this highest service that any one of us can do at any time no physical restrictions or limitations,
You can practice sitting,
Laying down,
Standing,
Moving just take a few more moments to be the lighthouse that you are music knowing that this is your true nature,
To be a bestower,
Soul conscious,
In union with the highest one and blessing all of life as you go into your day or evening,
The rest of your week,
The rest of your month,
The rest of the year,
Even your life remembering your highest self,
Your true self as a lighthouse,
Completely full of light connected to the unlimited one and bringing forth showers of love,
